This live weekly trade plan from School of Gains examines whether the AI stock rally can continue, framing it as a sentiment-driven, hope-based move tied to a potential China thaw and a Trump presidential summit scheduled for September 24. The host describes the day as a short squeeze, notes a V-shaped recovery off recent lows into resistance, and highlights Qualcomm's gap-and-go strength above 188 with a 196 pivot and over 300 as a longer-term target. He walks through levels for Broadcom, Coinbase, Rocket Lab, Okami, Cloudflare, TD Synnex, GlobalFoundries, Palantir, Astera Labs, Credo, Cerebras, Cadence, and Corning, repeatedly warning against chasing and emphasizing planning buy zones instead. He explains gap trading concepts such as pre-market highs, opening range lows, and half gaps, and stresses that Fed speeches and the China summit are the week's key catalysts. He also polls viewers about a webinar on time spreads, which he calls a reliable, chill options structure that pays you to wait in choppy markets.
Key points
- The host calls the current AI rally sentiment-driven and hope-based, with a short squeeze underway.
- The Trump presidential summit on September 24 is framed as the week's biggest catalyst for AI and China trade hopes.
- Qualcomm is highlighted for holding 188, with a 196 pivot and over 300 as a longer-term target.
- Broadcom levels: closing below 355-356 signals structural problems, over 361 suggests upside continuation.
- Coinbase is watched around 200-198 support; losing 198.50 risks giving back the whole move.
- Rocket Lab is described as a buy zone near 72, with a time spread strategy suggested for choppy conditions.
- TD Synnex, Arrow Electronics, and Ingram Micro are called the arms dealers of the AI race.
- The host warns that if the China hope fades on Wednesday, prices will likely fade too.

OMG. Holy shimoli. Hang on. Out of control. Out of control. Thank you, Connie. She's already pinned the dock. Look at this. shenanigans off the chains. Okay, so I know you guys always love to just immediately shoot out with a bunch of tickers.
- 1:05
Go ahead, do it. We're tracking. We're tracking. But hey, GM GM, that's uh you're supposed to say GM like any time of day, right? The crypto crew. That's a That's a crypto thing, so they say. Anyways, my goodness. New apprentice. My guy.
- 1:34
I love it. Yeah, you can uh we can do ticker requests. Wednesday for the apprenticeship students is uh is the big day. That's the day that we do all the work. Um, but man, I'm looking at uh I'm looking at this market here. I don't know that it's done for the day. This is what you call a short squeeze.
- 2:03
By the way, clearly my my Qualcomm back in good standing very quickly, I might add. What a I don't know if anybody was watching me trade live last week, but uh I did pick up that Qualcomm equity. Should have loaded the leapers that I had teed up, but you know, it is what it is. It's all good. They got a they got an event coming actually pretty soon, too. We can look that up.
- 2:33
Um but yeah, what a what a what a day. What a day. So, if you're new to this, what we do here every Monday, let me see if I can get this up. Well, the market's ringing. Typically, I like to do this during the lunch hour. This is the lunch hour. Normally, uh, we slow down a little bit. I don't know that today is going to slow down necessarily, but just keep an eye on whatever you're doing. Um, so just FYI, although this is this is nice to see. Mondays, I don't usually trade. I will tell you guys, I put on a couple trades just quickly. Uh, very small except for, you know, the Qualcomm I saw. Um, but man, man, oh man, it's usually like a knee-jerk kind of movement on Monday. I hate that we're moving so far so quickly today just because it it uh it's it's going to make it tough for the rest of the week. But
- 3:32
uh what? [laughter] Yeah, we know. We know. But anyways, yeah, and if you were in the uh if you're in the NFP webinar, this is this is the whole thing about it, right? So, we'll we'll show you guys that, but here we go. Let's kick it off. So, usually on Mondays, um I do what what I call like my my personal weekly trade plan, and I will tend to do it live with you guys. So that's that's kind of the whole honestly to me that was the purpose initially. Uh over the years people have wanted you know they love the ticker requests and it's a thing. So uh you know I I kind of acquiesque about that uh with that. But just so you know, like I'm actually looking broadly uh to see what what trades might happen this week, what setups I have um on deck and if if by happen stance there's some kind of social I don't know is it arbit
- 4:32
social uh social sourcing of epic trade ideas. I'm all about it too. What's up Charles? Yes, I am live and and our boy Carl here. We've been waiting for Google to have a weekly close and open over 350. We have it so far. So, we just need to see we just need to see Google hold 350 from here. Uh that's ideal. I'll show you guys the exact levels on things like this. So, that's what that's what these are these are really for. But listen, the question of the day is, is the AI comeback real?
- 5:12
This is very much Where's my other I had another um man. Oh, here you don't you don't see it. I had another uh thumbnail earlier. It looked a little something like this. Where'd it go?
- 5:39
Here. because it was about the China deal. If you guys didn't know this, this happened over the weekend. I think this China deal is actually is a big thing. So, this actually happens on Wednesday [clears throat] for right now. Where is my thing? That's not what I need for right now. I think this is mostly about look the hopes that this China thaw becomes very real. That's the biggest deal. So that we have a Trumpi presidential summit on September 24th.
- 6:20
This is this is right after the entire uh you know AI pause sentiment and everybody's saying oh that it's Daario's uh what what do they call it like big marketing campaign scheme? I don't know. I don't know that I buy into the maniacal marketing situation, although that would be pretty epic. Um, but yeah, there's We'll have to see about that, right? So, last week, that's that's what I'm talking about here. So, the last week's let's slow AI scare. Uh, that that held chips down somewhat, right?
- 6:54
Throughout the week, they seem to bounce. Uh, maybe it might have been two weeks ago, but that bid for sure is clawing back. That's what we're seeing right now. Uh, BENT, we have uh we had FOMC last week. So, just FYI, we're going to have a lot of Fed speak this week uh moving forward. Basent talks uh lift China AI cooperation hopes. So, this is this is why, right? Because we have this because, you know, Bent's talking about potential cooperation.
- 7:22
This would be bullish. I mean our entire semi stack if you will and and and likely bring the AI trade back if if this is to actually happen and you know for for all intents and purposes mechanically in within the within the market it's like dude okay this is September right September in a midterm year this is was always my concern September in a mid midterm year And it's supposed to be the biggest draw draw downs in the four-year cycle, which by the way, stocks absolutely move on a four-year cycle. Um, and so the broad the broad sentiment was like, okay, well, we're going to we're going to pull back. We did pull back pretty violently, but very quickly. And we also like Vshaped recovery right off the bottom right into resistance. So, we'll take a look at that from a index perspective. I think uh if you were in
- 8:21
that NFP webinar, I mean it's just it's just insane how these things work. No, I didn't actually have it fully on there, but um I will I will show you really quickly just one note. These were the rule sets if you were there, right? Uh once a high or low is broken, then you will go to the next to the next level and then you reset, right? So designed for index. I'm going to show you guys this exact level. So, it's crazy. Once a level breaks, you will reach the next. This is kind of like by design. We reached the next. Uh, and yeah, I mean, nearly picture perfect. Uh, also the yield situation. So, the yields I believe are coming down. Easing oil helps the risk. Oil's been a headline for forever. Coming down today.
- 9:14
Anybody still in that BWAT ticker? That's down significantly. Uh uh no not significant down 6%. Look there is another ticker I believe that they have. Yeah. Called be dry if you want to look at that. I think it's the inverse.
- 9:40
So just saying B drd Y. If you thought you missed be wet and uh and things are gonna revert over here, you might be dry. Take a [laughter] look at it. Anyways, uh catalyst here. So, catalyst into this week for sure. Trump Trump and the G is going to be the biggest one. uh any AI dialogue or trade truths uh anything about tech that that uh that's what's moving the market in my opinion today.
- 10:15
So if that goes away um then you lose a little bit of the hope. This is very sentiment driven. It's either going to give us more hope or we're all going to get let down. That's the risk. If you're chasing today, that is the risk, just so you know. If we get let down, the hope fades, prices will likely fade. So, it is very sentiment driven and you you would be betting on that continuing semi AI capex. Again, this is about the uh AI slow scare. Look, I I don't think that's happening. Uh I think that that is what created the kind of like V-shaped recovery, if you will. Um, but if it's kind of like there's always two stories, two sides of a market, right?
- 11:00
Two sides to any story, if you will. And uh, you know, there's always going to be a bare case. There has to be a bare case if we're going to stay in the on this trajectory, right? Um, it's just you have you have to have a market. If we don't have sellers, then there's nothing for you to buy and it just it just kind of like melts. It's no it's no big deal. So, what's up, Dylan? Uh, yeah, be wet and be dry. 100% give credit to to [laughter] this the ticker. I don't even know what company that is, but just a thought might be interesting to watch.
- 11:43
[clears throat] And yes, I agree. Connie is amazing. I'm scared to even look at the ticker requests. Oh, yeah. You guys are already going. I got Okami up at the top. Look, I love my Aami. Like Carl said, you don't even need to know if I'm in. Like, I'm just in. But anyways, um right now, what do we have? I have not talked about rare earth in a while. This was always a thing um between US and China. So, tickers like critical materials or um what's the other one? The big one, I forgot. We can look at those. Those are those are things that since you know what's happening, what's moving the market, these are the type of MP materials. These are the type of tickers that might have outsized move this week, right? Uh and I keep thinking about this Nike. I don't know why I'm thinking about Nike. It's really dumb. I haven't looked at it today, but if there's some kind of China
- 12:40
tariff relief, I mean, that gets me into that gets me into some retail over the over, you know, heading into Black Friday. There's a there's a lot of stuff that could move here. It's not just our AI trade. So, uh, just so you know, there's there's a lot, right? [laughter] Support or snatch the bid. That's funny. U, but anyways, this is this is generally it, right? So Trump and she summit presidential summit on the 24th. Are they going to talk about AI cooperation? Uh is this going to help out Nvidia? Because again we know we're not they're not sell selling a whole lot of chips into China as of right now.
- 13:16
There's going to be Fed speak. Uh and overall we are a hope driven rally market rally that's essentially a short squeeze today. Well it was I think it started maybe Friday after the rotation. Um, and yeah, if you're not long, once again, you find yourself in a situation if you're not long into this market, you kind of feel a little FOMO, right? You're like, this this is this is crazy.
- 13:44
Especially especially crypto, which by the way, I'm not chasing, but um you you feel a little FOMO. And if you were net short, then you're like, whoop, you know, you're a little scared. Maybe maybe maybe puckering just a little bit. So yeah, I mean th that that's that's what's going on. Um what I'm going to do right now is instead I'm just going to actually go into the actual calendar. Let me see if this if this works. Yeah. So this will Here you go. So today, this is just going to be faster for me. UN General Assembly. Not a big deal. Um Gulby speech came out this 3:30 in the morning. Oh, my time. 3:30 my time.
- 14:23
That's like 6:30 Eastern. Uh 3-month bill auction, sixmonth bill auction. Nothing major. ADP weekly for tomorrow. Um, yeah, one, two, three, three more speeches. This is what I'm talking about. A lot of feds. These guys can move markets, man. Just saying. Weekly employment for ADP not really going to be a big thing. Um, Richmond Federal Manufacturing and Services Revenue. No, but um, yeah, two-year note auction. This is a this is a fairly big deal. This is the one that the M uh that the that the Treasury is is issuing right now. Uh Wednesday, see 30-year. No, no, no. S&P Global Composite. Yeah, that's fairly important. Another Fed speech. This whole thing right here, we call this the oil status report. All of this uh so that's oil where we stand on our our oil reserves. Um and there it is, right? President Trump
- 15:23
and she summit That's the big one. I think it's all day thing. I I don't know what time it is or what part of it is going to be uh the Chinese are dumping. Are they? I don't know. We can look at it. [clears throat] Um but yeah, this is this is this is the driving factor for the market right now. Trump didn't want to be stood up on uh on the rate situation. So, you know, that that could that could be the thing.
- 15:51
And then again, continued speeches. One, two, uh, three, four, good God. Four more speeches on Thursday. 7-year note, not going to not going to do anything. New home sales, again, not market moving. Initial jobless claims, this is a weekly number. Not not going to be market moving. Durable goods month or more. I know some of these calendars have this as like, hey, super impactful. No, not not really impactful. um consumer sentiment.
- 16:22
Look, we went from uh this is what I'm saying. I I think over the last month, and correct me if I'm wrong, I'm pretty sure that there was a stat published that throughout this entire thing, we've had like record bears, like a record amount of bears in general, which kind of makes me think of uh here you go, the old the old slide wall of worry. Has anybody heard this? I just grabbed this randomly. Uh if you haven't heard of this term, this is the market the market climbs a wall of worry.
- 16:59
Just just this is this is an old image. I I don't even remember where it came from, so whatever. But um you know, the sentiment for us really right now is that we are very likely heading into a dot bubble, right? But where on this trajectory are we? And uh for the most part I I think I think that we're probably like here [laughter] this or we might even be here which means that we have a whole lot left to go. So just saying and there's a there's a bunch of studies out there. I think it was like in the dotcom bubble uh in the in the original like other industrial ages. I think the US ends up spending about 25% of GDP and and this creates like on the infrastructure buildouts, right? Like this that that was the dotcom bubble 25% of GDP spent. Uh industrial age for sure. Um yeah,
- 17:59
I don't know. But yeah, this is this is the bare case. Oh, AI bubble. This will be this the AI bubble will be another bullet on this wall of worry as as history progresses. It's just it's just what's what's going to happen, right? Um global financial crisis right here. I mean, dude, climb the wall of worry. What is this? US banking crisis. I don't know if you guys remember this, right? This is uh Silicon Valley Bank, etc. Um Boston Marathon bombing. Brexit. Brexit was another one. This is just I mean I remember Brexit. Anybody who trades uh currencies absolutely remembers Brexit.
- 18:44
You might have made or lost fortunes in this uh in that moment. But yeah, that's uh SARS outbreak. God, out of control. Where's COVID 19? I don't even have CO 19's not even on here. That's how old this must be. Oh, there. This is COVID 19. It's like a blip.
- 19:12
COVID 19 global lockdowns. Yep. Market climbs the wall of worry. It just looks like a blip on this long-term yen carry trade collapse, guys. Wild. This is actually, by the way, why so many people say the macro doesn't matter because when you do have a long-term view, look, this is uh pretty telly really. Oh, interestingly, another piece of uh content here. I just happen to have this in the same slide deck.
- 19:50
I don't I didn't look at this, but S&P 500 one-year performance following the first series of rate cuts. Oh, no. I need I need one. Okay, wrong one. I need to find S&P if anybody has this. I need to find S&P 500 one-year performance following the first series of rate hikes. I'll find that later and I'll get it for you guys. So, we will we will we will take a look. The rate cuts though pretty solid. All right, [clears throat] here we go. So, we are on deck. I'm looking at your Is this live?
- 20:27
You guys must be throwing a bunch of others. So, we got Okami, Meta, and a bunch of little ones down here below. What I'm going to do is I'm going to take a quick look. This is actually how it how it works for me. Remember that NFP thing I was talking about? That was this once a level breaks you will you will this should be like will reach the next level market's constantly repricing value of assets. A loss level means the market was mispriced and is repricing to a prior scenario or PE. So expect follow through to the next level.
- 21:09
Get this. We broke the level 769 right here. The next level was in 750s. If you follow me anywhere, that's you knew that was the support area. What happens here is that this is this is essentially um target acquired. And when we when I say reset, what we have to do is we have to reset. Okay. Well, if we don't follow through to the downside, then we're not and right now we are going back to the next level. And so the next levels quite frankly 775 774. What I will say about this whole situation and the rough part about this is that what is still true is that about 88% of the time non-farm payroll release marks the high or the low of the entire month within a 1 to 2% margin of error. So are we going here?
- 22:01
Yes, that's my sentiment. Yes, we we are going as long as we can hold 770 from here. That's where we should be going. Um can we get to all-time highs? Probably. What's 1 to 2%. 1 to 2% margin [clears throat] of error. That's a lot here. If that that could be a big long that's like 790s. Oh jeez. So I think you continue on.
- 22:27
Just know the the one thing to note 1.52%. 790. Uh the one thing to note here is that uh this is sentiment driven. It is a it is a mechanical short squeeze. Here is your downward channel right now. So S&P was doing a series of we have a a high lower high lower high lower high lower high. This is still potentially a lower high which is how this 775 level will will lock up anyways. Um followed by a series of lower lows, lower lows, lower lows, lower lows. So unless we're back over 775. If we are back over 775, yeah, consider it 790. Not exactly 800.
- 23:15
I don't think it matters that much. Um, even funny is that the the the bulls that were like, "Oh, we're going to be 700 or 800 by end of year." I mean, just the other day were like, "Oh, it's probably not in the cards yet." As if the market doesn't actually move this much now. Because it it it really does. Um, what I'm going to do for my for my crew is that this is our this is our typical setup here. Uh, in terms of reversals, like full reversals. I'm going to make this a little bit bigger so you guys can actually see something.
- 23:46
I get it. [cough and clears throat] So, anyways, support is held near exact. I mean, very nearly exactly. Um, downside channel is is being breached as we speak in in the form of a call it short squeeze. Is this something that I would chase? Not necessarily, but uh if we can hold 770 moving forward, this is all good. Call it 768. You can call if we can hold 768 right in this area.
- 24:17
This is money. Just say that. That would be that would be something like this. We pull back and you're back to the highs. And then if you extend beyond this is exactly the the trajectory that you would see. And that is um that little pullback would probably give the bears enough time to flip and go long if in fact something does happen. But for right now, we are in resistance. We should be heading to 775. Um we don't have to. What you really want to be concerned about is that if there's real bears left, if there are in fact real bears left, they're just going to say, "Hey, look, this is nothing." But remember, if you're if you want to be a good bull, I always say this, you need to know where the bears are. You need to be able to pretend to be a good bear. But um a good bear would say, "Hey, look, this is nothing but a higher low or I mean sorry, another lower high after a series of lower lows."
- 25:16
And and you have to you have to accept that they're not wrong. In the meantime, that means that this can still continue higher, which is fine. And why that 775 resistance level becomes so important because if that is in fact the bearish argument that this is nothing but um a sentiment driven rally based on Trump and she getting together and making some agreement, it's all it's all fugazi. Uh it's not real. We're going to fade this blah blah blah. you know, and we're going to fade it where they're going to fade it right here, maybe if they're not already fading it. But where their argument falls apart is over 775 technically. If they're if if we're still trading over that and absolutely over the the all-time high, but if we're still trading up here, they they they're going to admit defeat.
- 26:07
And what is that going to do? It's going to create an the extension of this this current short squeeze that's that's that's in motion for all the fear-mongers. So anyways, that is that is how I see it. But it's a fugay. It's a fugazi. That's what they're going to say. So just be aware you want to you always want to be, you know, understand all all sides of the story. um you know they're they're not they've not gone away yet is kind of my point but um but they are definitely losing today. They're feeling it today. Um so that said that's where we are. I'm just going to look at Kikq do the same kind of kind of uh oh we are way over. So Kikq had a lot of call it like lower support and we had had this down to 699 spot 50. It's funny to me watching this, you know, because this
- 27:05
was September. So, here's the September range. It's very small, but it's and it's layered inside multiple other uh other ranges. So, forever, whoever asked about the Kiku NFP, this is it. Um [laughter] September range was tight. It's nearly exact overlay for August. So, here's the range. It was 716 give or take. the support areas below that 7-Eleven, 707, 704 and and ultimately 699 almost 700 exactly. I just feel like if if I if I was a new trader, I'd look at this and be like, "Okay, this market is riged rigged." Was it was it an was it a coincidence that the market just took a nose dive right here right before the big rally straight to 700 almost to the penny and reverse course like immediately? Do
- 28:03
you feel like it's a little rigged? I I probably would feel like it's a little rigged, but here now we are just gonna say on the Q's Q's is outperforming today substantially significantly. I need a big pull this back. Uh 7:30 is that upside uh movement and today get this we open above September range which is this right here. August is 7:30 723.
- 28:33
We open way over here in the midside of the range. At at least we go to 733 and now we're extending. So this is this is in fact um an active squeeze to me. Uh I'll just get you a quick measurement. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to measure from essentially this area here to this super low period peak uh part of support. So we're going to take from here to here, right? We're going to trace it across. So, that gives you about 748, give or take. Uh, I'm going to be exact here in just a moment.
- 29:10
If I can get my mouse to cooperate. I hit my I get like uh Oh, did I already have it? I might have already had it. No, that's something else. To the low 656. And I'm just trying to be ultra precise because I don't want my personal bias getting in the way here, right? Like I I don't want that to happen.
- 29:39
Um, [clears throat] let's take this. Let's change this. So, we're just measuring. By the way, the this prior measurement that you see on the charts is measuring this old extension here and it's essentially doubling it. So at 800, this is a doubling of that. That's what you're seeing. 150%. Oh, and then I have this one here.
- 30:08
Let's take that off just for a minute. Oh, I'm sorry. That's 840. Am I going to say 8:40? Nah. Hold, please. Let's just take the Let's take this last one. The most recent before the current. Most recent before current is here.
- 30:39
There we go. 794. That's what that is. So, that is taking this consolidation and doubling it. That's like the level that we just launched off of. A triple of that 794. Okay. So, now I got the baseline. We're in the current move. This is This is looking a little spicy now.
- 31:08
748 becomes your target. If we're over, for anybody that's really in the weeds, these are FIBs, by the way. These are typical measured moves. We opened over 728. We should be going to the highs on Q's. Let me just get that extended hours on. Make sure I'm accurate. Yeah, active squeeze, boys and girls. Active active squeeze. It's not blue skies yet, but she look she sure looks like she's going to be. I only have one little blip on the radar. That's 741.
- 31:43
That could I don't think it will because that was already tagged here. Yeah, this little general area is where it kind of fell apart before 740s. Very close to it. So, interesting to see what happens here. Otherwise, if we fail, it's going to look like this. That 728 is going to be your support. Um, from a NFP perspective, that's very likely going to be the exact same thing.
- 32:11
Let me just do this. Five. Yeah. 730s is what my NFP range says. Essentially, this this this guy right here, that is the broken resistance that we are now going over, heading into the upper range here. If we do get over 740, call it 750, whatever. Uh that is your blue skies breakout straight into the 800s on Q's, not on SPY on QQQ. So, it's there. It's in the charts as Nvidia climbs over 225 for the first time in who knows how long. Is that Nvidia all-time high? No. It's been a minute. It's been a minute on a Nvida.
- 32:55
Look at this. That should be into 240s next. Easy money. That's live. That is happening. Just going to do one more thing as we continue to squeeze to the upside. My goodness, it's not stopping. I told you I thought you know normally lunch hour stalls out. Not so much today. Oil coming down below 90. Biddy finally over that resistance level. Do you get a retest? Who knows? This is what I'm talking about. That 8250 82850.
- 33:41
That was the resistance. You're in an active squeeze to the upside. You should see 91.88. You should see over 90. This honestly, this should bring you to the 100K level as long as we can hold 81 and 80. As long as you can hold 80, which is fine. I'll throw this NFP on here. Oh, yeah. 7866.
- 34:09
78660 on Leidi. You should be heading into just slightly over 100. That looks like first move here. If you can't get over 92, 92 specifically is going to be a deal. Uh if you can't get over 92, then we will have a pullback. But regardless, it's 92 first and then 101 102 after that. So that's the trajectory here. Uh, you do have finally the first structural break in forever um on Bittycoin. Does it hold TBD?
- 34:42
TBD 30-year yield coming down slightly again uh while the dollar holds steady. Nothing really to do here. Even Diamond's catching a small little bid and the Russell. This is all looking good. It's all looking good. My Quailcom Holy mole mita. Good god. All right. So, I'm going to take you some requests right now. Um, yeah, that that would be nice on on on Biddy, but we shall see. So, yeah, I had a feeling. So, Mita has climbed to the top of your request list.
- 35:23
No problemmo. my crew. Dude, I had a I had a small short-term trade teed up for over the weekend that in the last minute I just opted out of. Um, I hate when that happens. When you're like, "Okay, the the last minute just because that last candle of like quad witching, whatever, that last candle on Meta on Friday's close was like it had actually held and and after that happened, I was like, damn, I probably should have taken it anyways because that was that almost picture perfect retest." So, what we're looking at here, this is the prevailing downtrend on Meta. Lower high, low, lower high, lower low, lower high right here. Equal lows. That's your first moment today. Right now, this is in fact the first the very first higher high. This high
- 36:23
being higher than that high. Um, actually, I'm sorry, Friday. Yeah, Friday's high was, which is why I thought about reversing this and taking it to the upside. Should have, could have, would have. I hate that. Don't say that. This is the worst. That's the worst three words that a trader can say. Should have, could have, and would have. Do you guys know that? The worst. Because then it then it puts you into that FOMO feeling. You don't want to say that. We should we should remove it from the vocabulary, quite frankly. Um but anyways, that was the deal. Um yeah, court battle's gone over here, climbs the wall of worry. Metamuse comes out. Think it's going to be a big deal? Maybe, maybe not. We'll see. Uh and let's go ahead and measure this. So from here, we're going to do the same exercise that we
- 37:18
always do in a reversal scenario. you you should be going to 736. So take a look at this little blip on the radar here. We are going here. You really want this to catch o get over 736 and then you really have like no argument from uh from from the from the bears. Uh if it holds that said there's some some inefficiencies on le chart. So let's go ahead and pull those out. Right here we have something called a fair value gap.
- 37:51
This is um fair value is just it's a simple term. It's like when the market moves so fast that price that that participants don't have an opportunity to decipher what fair value is. Um and usually these create what we call like low volume pockets and uh just as an example here was a low volume pocket on the right hand side of my screen. You guys always see me use this. This is uh volume by price uh and and it helps me identify both support and resistance but but primarily those those low volume pockets right so 650s this area was prior support all of this and resistance you can see that on the chart resistance resistance then became support and the shellacking of the bears proceeded from there that is what happened and we are right now exactly at that 7:30 level. Can we go higher? Yes, we can.
- 38:47
Um, but we quite frankly, you're at the upside target again. Um, so this is a is a weird scenario where I would rather see it higher to go long again than um than assume that it's going to push further into this spot. Again, it's Monday. I don't like to take a a I don't in really bad markets. Um, and I'll just say this, the the caution is that the highs are are set early on in the week when we have downtrends. Today is Monday. This is the earliest that you can be in the week. Um, so you you just don't want this to be the high for the week on Meta. Um, it's possible that it is. This is this is another This is like I don't even know if it's FOMO or I don't even know if it's a squeeze as much as it is just FOMO. Uh so you'd have to zoom in real tight and make sure hey look these things these
- 39:45
guys are continuing on uh for all intents and purposes if you guys are concerned about these kind of gaps right here. These are very real but um there are multiple types of gaps and I'm at some point in the future I might do a gap training but this is this is what we call like a gap and go right. So, you gap up, you you hold this pre-market, again, pre-market matters, you instantly break the pre-market high, and then if you can do that, it's in this moment right here where you just go and um yeah, this is how this is a short squeeze. This is how this is how bears get caught off sides because what happens literally right right here, worst case right here at 690, they they cover short and the longs are like, "Oh, I'm in the clear because I've I've got my confirmation." Which by the way, you do. You do. You just you got your confirmation and then you're like, you just continue on ripping to the upside.
- 40:39
God, that happened in what, 3 minutes flat this morning. Looks like there was all of like this little blip on the radar that you could have re-entered. I mean, exactly this guy, this little wick after what is that? Another $10 ripper tags this right here. And uh when you see what I'm, you know, I'm zoomed in pretty pretty heavy on this chart, but on the right hand side still, you guys can see volume by price. When I see this kind of things, these kind of things, this is this is uh a short squeeze.
- 41:19
There are no there are no sellers in this area. So decidedly what I can say is about 685 right here probably that pre-market area we have um we have created yet another fair value gap. This is exactly the opposite of what we're doing right because it it moves so fast that the market did not have the market did not have the ability to to chop around and decipher what fair value was in that moment. It just went. [clears throat] Does that mean it's going to come down to that? No. How do you how do you operate in these kind of scenarios?
- 41:54
Well, you just continue on. You look, you watch every time we get one of these. Look, we have another one here, right? It's you don't trade for that 685 unless unless Meta is losing 700. So, essentially, unless Meta is losing this area, you you can't assume that this is going to fill right now, right? Um and in this area, yeah, we have a couple very small fair values, but this is again that that gap and go scenario. God, intraday, this is happening fast.
- 42:23
Um, where Nope, it it doesn't have to turn around. Average weekly range on Meta is 738. Very close to my 736 point right there. I honestly So, when I say average weekly range, just so you guys know, that is um it's not normal for a stock to go beyond its average weekly range.
- 42:51
So there's there's a few dollars left on Meta to keep it within an average. Best case scenario is that it goes up here and just stalls. Like I say stalls like it could chop like this but ultimately look like this. Um these are setups that are should be traded differently. I'll just say that should absolutely be traded differently. Um, this is more of like if you if you like to sell calls, now is the time where you could sell some like pretty far out of the money upside calls on Meta and actually get something that you usually wouldn't be able to get. So that's Mita Cororeweave. Um, Corewave interesting.
- 43:36
So the only thing I interesting about is like okay $80 is support. I'm not sure $80 is support. There you have it. They had a raise. Uh I believe they diluted. Chat, tell me if I'm wrong. This is what you want to watch, right? Um I believe they diluted 70 bucks.
- 44:04
Below 70 is support. I'm looking at Nebus in the corner of my eye also, just FYI. Um yeah, coreweave looks okay. Uh I think it changes your price targets by the way whenever you have a dilution event. Uh but yeah, this prevailing downtrend near-term prevailing downtrend very near uh has broken. It's over the 20. It's over the 50 in this exact moment. Can this become yet another short squeeze candidate? Absolutely it could. Um yeah, this has always been my upside resistance like 140s. I thought this last run over here, right, could have taken it to that 140 area, but it didn't. So, what the one concern I would say is that here, take these these little highs over here.
- 44:59
We'll take that. This is that prevailing downtrend. Zoomed out slightly. In the past, you know, when it's kind of peaked over, peaked over squeezed over, we we get like a pretty heavy we have gotten a pretty heavy pullback right now in this moment. You are here, which is kind of like the equivalent of this or this. Um, so yeah, you could squeeze it. This has got the thing is it has to get over 105, right?
- 45:32
So if 105 was the last high to think it's really out of the weeds. Cool. There you go. If you're just looking at this as like a a small point in time trade, what you're going to do is you're just going to take that 105 and you're going to take that local low and you're going to say, "Well, okay. If if trajectory serves, then we should at least see 94. At least say see 94. that's going to actually align kind of with your 200 day simple right here. It'd be slightly over that 200 day simple. So 94.95 bucks that becomes your overhead resistance. Uh if it can get through that then you are likely at least heading to that 105 at least. Um but from there that's that's the deal. I I if if if something like coreweave from here I I'll just say this. It should see 91 91 and a half. It should see the 200 day simple. If coreweave cannot break through the 200 day simple moving
- 46:30
average, which is this red line here on my screen, you got bigger problems, right? Like there's no there's no scenario here where this shouldn't go over 92. And again, this is the opposite of meta. This is this is this is a better setup. We're like, okay, you still want to think if if Monday locks the high for the week, that's no good, right? Um, but for all intents and purpose, this should actually get back into this into this overhead resistance area at least. From there, do you see something like this?
- 47:06
Um, that's very possible. But just so you know, that's like in this area. This is your upside resistance. This is on track to get over 90. That's 9150. This is 95 give or take. um it should do that like if it can't get if it can't do that then then in fact there's a bigger problem but um this actually looks like a like a this looks like a layup like like I would take this I probably should take this trade this looks like easy money hold on easy money do I take a trade live we've been doing that I don't know what I'll Hey, when I if I were to trade, I'd look at the top the top traded. Okay, guys.
- 47:58
Um top traded contracts because I am an options trader. You can you can do this with equity. You don't have to do options, but as an options trader, I see like one person took super small bets. September $86 calls. That's basically at the money. Like, all right, optionality to go higher. I see a couple. Yeah, I don't. So, I see November monthly, November 2026, uh, $80 calls, which are that's slightly in the money. I I I $80 calls are here.
- 48:35
That's not That's not really bullish. That's more a stock uh replacement which is like oh I sold my stock but I'll buy these calls that are deep in the money so that if in fact it does go higher I can execute these these these uh these options. Um, the crazy one of the day for for Coreweave are are leaps June 16th, 2028 with a strike of 160 single trader purchase.
- 49:14
1,437 contracts in a single order purchased for a strike price of $1,860 per contract. So, that's the kind of stuff I'll look for. That's a standout trade. This is a buy. That is a very bullish bet. Uh, that is someone betting basically what I just kind of outlaid that it does get over this. Actually, it's it's it's a bet that it gets over this resistance. That strike price is what I say 160. Yeah, it's 160 which is another level I have here. But that is this this area right here. So single trader order 2028 leap you know I don't hate that honestly and coreweave I will say as an options trader statistically I know that people I know that people look at this and be like oh it's it's
- 50:13
super high volatility no no no it's okay core we've have very low volatility right now it is 80% IV But that's not but the biggest mistake when people look at options is is thinking that it is it is uh god that it is um you know a arbitrary percent like 30-day volatility is 70%. It's higher than like I don't know ultra or many other stocks. The way that you look at volatility is that it's it's it's a rank compared to its own history.
- 50:47
[cough] 2% IV. It you know it does it doesn't get much like 2% rank like IV percentile. It doesn't get much cheaper than that 30% or uh IV the last 30 days volatility. This is the lowest two like second percentile that that's dirty low. uh overall historical volatility it's in the 12th percentile that means cheap.
- 51:23
So, you know, there you have it. The trade is sent single trader order this morning within the first 40 minutes of trade. 1437 contracts at a at a price of $1,800. $1,860 trading for Coreweave to go back to the highsunami. All right. So, this is the one. There you go. Have at it, boys and girls. I don't hate that. Uh, statistically, last tie off. Whether or not Corweave gets to that strike price, why this matters is because as Cororeweave, if if in fact you're right, as Cororeweave goes higher, what do you think is going to happen to that volatility? Do you think it's going to stay subdued?
- 52:16
No shot. No shot that that stays subdued. Um, here you go. I'm going to go in the wayback machine. You know, I'm thinking about doing some new webinars, but I've done many webinars and uh teaching specifically volatility Volageddon. I love this one.
- 52:42
Uh, let me just get you here. But if you don't know, there's there's one these are the Greeks that most people know, right? Delta, gamma, theta, beta, vega, whatever. The Greeks that actually matter the most when it comes to trading are what we call second order Greeks. This is a trading, this is a little extra, but just so you know, what these measure are volatility, skew, and delta decay, right? Um, if you look at all this, when I when I talk about options, we talk about convexity. Um, we talk about volatility, all that kind of stuff. Uh, row doesn't really matter.
- 53:21
Nobody cares about that. That's old school. Um, but look at how many times volatility shows up here. This is convexity. Um, change delta. If I were to go forward, if you didn't know, Vega, which is this, is a representative Greek that's similar to delta. It actually represents a dollar. But as volatility changes, Vega changes by dollar. Sometimes, especially in in long-term options, Vega is bigger than Delta, actually, most times, which means that long-term options are more sensitive to volatility than they are to price, which is why people don't understand options. They're way more about volatility and actually less about about price. You want to snipe the lows. It's not how options work. Uh it has really nothing to do with that. And then did you know skew this Vega changes delta, right?
- 54:20
Just in general your whole convexity layout here. Um this goes into this which goes into that which goes into that. Right? It all starts with volatility. It's the most important piece. But anyways, um my point here was that if volatility increases, everything increases. All your Greeks that you think you're reading right now, throw it out the window because they're going to change. And they're going to change because volatility itself changes, which means that your premiums are going to change. So buy low, sell high.
- 54:58
slow of all I kind of like that trade. [laughter] Um, anyways, there you go. My aamite I feel like this was one of the dumbest pullbacks ever. Uh, you know, it is what it is. This I I to me a believe it or not, I I don't care, right? But my personal opinion that the market does not understand this company does not understand um how integrated it is with security overall as a CDN in general. Uh not just as ACDN. I I feel like the market misunderstands this company so much though so that they don't understand that this is in fact the largest CDN 10 times bigger than Cloudflare. Did you guys know that that that Okami is has a 10 time is 10 times the size of Cloudfl Flare from
- 55:58
their their CDN perspective. CDN is content delivery. This is like how you serve data. Like when you when you do your request on chat GBT, the the network that serves it to your device is 10 times the size. 10 times. And they're the one that has the deal with with Anthropic. Nobody else has deals like that. Um my guess is that they'll get an equal deal with Chat GBT or whoever is next on deck. Um yeah, they have they have the infrastructure.
- 56:30
So [cough] I, [clears throat] you know, to me it was like 102 I believe I had on this more recent uh move, but let's just say from here. And yes, your boy's been building. No, I'm not even thinking about trimming. Get out of here with that. There it is. That's the more recent one from this low. 102 came from, believe this guy.
- 57:01
Sorry. 101 spot 62. There she is in all her glory. That was my level. Yeah, I was buying it. It should get to 116. Does it extend from here? That I cannot say. Um, it's a it's a POS. So when you go from this level to that, if it was over 105, to me, this should have always gone to 116 at least. We need to see that follow through. I'm just going to do one more on just the earnings move really quick.
- 57:33
So what I'm doing right now is All right, this aligns me right into that 105. That's that earnings low right here. And I'm taking a a an anchor at that earnings high. So this is one earnings move. This was the big the big shift. Um, if we're if we're over 116, we should get to 123. If we're over 123, we should see 128. From there, it gets real interesting. That's all I can give you right now. I don't know, by the way, that the that the lows are in. I have no idea. Uh I know that alo is in but if it's 128 I think is this again if we look at this volume by price this whole area on the right hand side of my screen you can see like this is this is support right this whole area is support so we should be going to the top of support which is that 128 area if in fact Okami can get through that um we should be seeing 140 that that's what I'll say
- 58:32
right it should be 13 133 then we have a similar kind of like blip on the radar to deal with like like Meta that that immediately takes you to 133. If you're over that 140 143, if this thing is over 143, then my my targets of two plus are are absolutely in range, right? I think like two 230ish. Um, I have no timeline to get there, but I'll [clears throat] tell you this.
- 59:04
It's a $16 billion market cap company that has like a I don't I don't remember what the the deal size is, like an $8 billion deal with Anthropic to run their edge infrastructure. I mean, it just doesn't make any sense to me. And it's, by the way, the largest content delivery network in the world, dwarfing Cloudflare by 10x. So, yeah. No, I'm not I'm not leaving. I'm not leaving.
- 59:34
They have it. [cough] Qualcomm, I believe. Doesn't Qualcomm have a uh I'll just go investor relations page really quick. I'm getting a little I'm getting a little lively right now. Uh I want to see I believe they have uh investor events. Okay. Yes, I accept upcoming events. This has nothing scheduled. I don't think Okay. So, I don't think that's right. Qualcomm events.
- 1:00:07
I believe there's an event on the 24 uh 4th or something like that. embedded world. Okay, there it is. So, it's a snap. You see, I don't know why it says no, there's no there's no events. Um, September 22nd, which is tomorrow through the 24th. Uh, there's a Snapdragon event. This starts God, I wish I would have known it was tomorrow. Tomorrow. What's funny about this is like Qualcomm, guys. Did you They sold the news before the event.
- 1:00:41
They sold they they sold the news before the event even happened. I got the I got the DMs or the pings on Twitter like I can't be in a stock that dropped 7% for no reason on a single like in a single session. Guys, have none of you owned do did you not own Robin Hood or Palanteer during during the mayhem? Because I'll tell you what, um yeah, [laughter] that's normal for stock in this kind of situation. That is deadly. Okay, so we are getting new high right now. Um, boys and girls, what a V recovery. Was this the fake out of all fake outs? Like, is the market in fact rigged? That's the question cuz I'm like, dude, I had this level. We're live on stream. I got the ping. I wanted to wait to the close. The close is fine. It holds over. I have a lower level, but sometimes you don't get it.
- 1:01:35
Is this over? I does it happen? I don't know. I don't I have no idea, guys. That's what's true. Sorry. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but but I I have I have I have an idea and I have a path to get to where I want to go. So, is this 200 bucks tomorrow? Is Qualcomm $200 tomorrow? Dude, it's very possible.
- 1:02:03
It's very possible. Is it probable? No. I'll just say this 196 spot 31 that is the big that is a big level that is uh 2020 whatever two high right there. So 2022 high also where we broke down 2024 right here. Look at this the shellacking of shellackings. Um yeah so 196 is a massive pivot. I think we're heading there. Uh it's not it's not exactly 200, but I mean, does that really matter? I don't know. Uh if Qualcomm from here can hold 188, this is real good. This is another example of a gap and go, right? So like there is a across the board and this is why I'm like I'm not I'm not trying to fade things right away, right? Like not
- 1:02:59
no uh we have a gap overnight here. Again, you have what we call like a pre-market high. Actually, looks like pre-market high is here. And it is just gap. The definition of a gap and go. Why? Why gaps only matter to me um like this? Overnight gaps only matter if price attempts to fill that level in that exact instance. Like in the moment that the gap happens like what would have needed to what I would have needed to see was this 179. I would have needed to see Qualcomm below 179 today. Then I would have taken this probably. I don't know if I would have, but I would have said, "All right, she's coming down."
- 1:03:40
Um, she did not in fact come down. You have a slight over. This is that pre-market. Hire it. Again, this is just trading, trading 101. If you don't have it, don't know what to tell you. Come to the come to the school of gains and we will eventually teach you about these things. [clears throat] By the way, any any students see the last uh boy feedback, but on the last release, the last lesson release uh over the weekend, I think it was should be a good one. We're getting into some meaty meaty effects here. Meaty effects. Uh if she pulls back below 192, I do expect that 188 retest, but does that hold? It's very possible. And if it and it doesn't have to do that like it doesn't have to do that. Again, what's my average weekly range? I'm barely at an average daily range. An average weekly range, unlike Meta, Qualcomm's average weekly range, holy what is 19940.
- 1:04:38
19940. It's a new high. Do you need a chase? I don't think so. But like if you add it um if you add it I think that you are excited and you prepare for um to add lower and that's that's what's true. I have like over 300 for targets on this bad boy over 300.
- 1:05:08
But that's like way far out for right now. that 168. See that little red number right there? That's a 2021 high. That takes me in the way way back machine to this. And we are over that. You got to go this on like a Let's go monthly. Just clean monthly chart. Now everything's changes. Take all my lines off. Now you're like, "Oh, okay. See where my alerts are?
- 1:05:43
Now you're like, "Oh, this is this is this is a monthly chart." That's your consolidate. That's what we're working with right now. I'm working off this bad boy. That's a big one. Right now, we're here. So, are we actually through? You know what? I don't know. We have an event. So, it's catalyst driven. The last one, two, three times. Look at that. One, two, three times we attempted to do this. It did not work.
- 1:06:15
But you know what they say? What do they say? I don't know. No such thing as a triple top. Since this is in fact the fourth attempt, I I am more inclined to say this is potentially the real one, especially if this is over 200. Yeah. 1 2 3 4. You can only not like bang on a door so many times before it breaks down.
- 1:06:53
Right? Look what like only so many times. But now this is how I get to those levels because I am in fact looking at this from that perspective. Most people are not. Plus the underlying business I think bottoming right is profitable. Most of the other most of the other comp competitors in custom silicon like Marll or whoever they ditched those business units because they were losing.
- 1:07:26
Qualcomm didn't because they weren't they were still making good money by the by the way like uh the the the competitors Sky Works chipset like heavily off the lows these lows QRVO I'm just saying I'm just saying this is edge connectivity. This is what we've been talking about being the next frontier. People get frustrated. Yeah, it was a little hyped. Whatever comes back, we shall see.
- 1:08:10
How do you avoid FOMO? [clears throat] With a plan. You avoid FOMO with a plan. Um or just take a walk, right? You don't have to chase the shiny objects, that's for sure. Uh, look, I'll just think about one. Coinbase or my Robin Hood. You chase Coinbase. This is a shiny object, right? Crypto crypto shiny object. This is intraday with inside this yellow box. This doesn't look great right now. So, the difference here, get this. I just did that exercise.
- 1:08:50
There's a gap on Coinbase. We call this a session gap, overnight session gap here. Two things you need to do. So, number one, on all the other charts I just looked at, there was a pre-market high that I kind of outlined. That happens to be right here, this yellow line at the top. Did Coinbase continue on? No, it did not. In fact, it went here. So, what happens if it loses this, which is what we call the opening range low? Well, the target, what you do, we you expect Coinbase to come into what's called a half gap, right? And that is um I'll just make this orange. This is trade.
- 1:09:26
I'm kind of giving you guys a little sauce. It's maybe it's advanced for some people. I don't know. Um but this this area is going to bring you into about 200, right? On a basic pullback. So like look, you you you if you're going to take a trade right now on something like a Coinbase, quite frankly, you need to watch it, right? Like you need to watch that. If it doesn't get if it doesn't if one if 200 doesn't hold then you're coming this is the box between 200 and 190. Can this happen for sure? So all I can tell you right now is that if Coinbase is below this area right here this little call it green box actually specifically here just slightly under 200 that should be your support. If it loses it if it loses 198 just so you guys know the odds are it takes the whole thing back all the way and it's it's another fugazi but has any of that happened yet? No. I mean
- 1:10:26
it's teetering on the lows. If this doesn't happen like if this doesn't break we it should at least go back here. So you have to wait for this to really do something like that which in fact I don't have right now. I don't have it right now. And can you say that it's going to the high? No. Um I might get that downside move here in just a minute. I need to see a little bit more. Uh and again, it's to 198 and a2.
- 1:10:56
There you go. If you lose 198 and a half, you are given the whole thing back. But none of that initiates until you're below 202 and a half. Coinbase was not on the list. Broadcom was uh AVGO time check. All right, we're good. Broadcom, this is okay. Perfect. Right. So, same thing. Session gap. This is how you trade these, by the way. Session gap here and a pre-market high quickly. We don't This is the first step one. Does it extend beyond that pre-market high?
- 1:11:34
If the answer is no, then you you should at least go to the bottom of that uh what we call opening print. Um in this instance, it's so fast [laughter] that that no uh you don't have it. I still measure that what we call half gap which sits in between 360 to what is that? 359. So right around here, this was actually what we would call the half gap. So this is the pivot on Broadcom.
- 1:12:03
If it goes below that, then yeah, you go back to the gap, but that's it. That's it, right? Then your gap is filled. Right? Now, your gap has already been filled and you kind of reclaim back up. Um, if Broadcom's closing below 355 or 356, then you have structural problems and it's not going to go back up or it's not going up right now. This is the opposite of a gap and go [clears throat] in this instance.
- 1:12:29
If it's closing over three, call it 361, I I think you have a decent chance like in the it's usually in the last 30 minutes or so of the of the day. I think you have a decent chance that it actually does continue in the direction of the gap, which by the way was up higher. So, I would I would want to see uh what I'm talking about is like if Broadcom is closing somewhere over this level at the close, uh then yeah, there's probably there's probably opportunity for a little bit more upside. Um that said again Broadcom was a three day three-day up already into so one two three it's already made a bit of a move. I know it's small but it's three big days off the lows cuz don't forget that this thing was $335 just last week. So and it is now into resistance. So, do you need to this one again? I don't have to chase, but I do know like I just gave you the levels
- 1:13:28
361. There you go. 360 if you want to be safe. 362. But the upside here is pretty heavy, right? You should at least see 390. Uh, all that and the other. Um, and and it if something like that, 392 from a percentage perspective, that that could be a lot. But that's all I'm seeing right there. for now. And you're going to take each of these kind of moments. Yeah, I have I have uh Yeah.
- 1:13:58
So, can you buy this? This is not a chase, right? It's definitely not chasing. Um, one note, little trick, what we call a price of interest is about 340, right? So, again, if this is the last low, you're going to look for the low before the last low. And that is in fact right around 340 which from 360 might seem like a lot but in the grand scheme of things it's not. Just just don't forget this was support all over here.
- 1:14:28
Support support. Boom boom boom boom. Um you know the weak hands clearly sold it into that resistance resistance resistance and the flusher ensued. The question is really is this what we call like that liquidity grab which I kind of think it was. It doesn't mean that this has to go today but it means that the from here what did I say 340 might even be 350 but from here things can get a little uh squeezy and I think this is one where you are not chasing decidedly. So this little box here, I'm using two. This this pivot and that pivot that's giving me a box between 350 and 342.
- 1:15:15
And this area becomes, if you like it, a buy zone. Super simple. Maybe not easy, but simple enough. That is patience. So you have a plan. This is how you don't chase. by the time somebody else is realizing this, they're like, I'm chasing, right? But if you if you don't plan it out ahead of time, you know, you're you're going to be chasing. So something like this, I'm going to you want to look for a buy, right, in this area. And by focusing on something like this, that will keep you out of the chase game because it's those shiny objects not necessarily going to be your best uh not necessarily going to be your best bets. But um and even if you bought this this one here, I don't think it's chasing that much.
- 1:16:07
Lab of rockets, we talked about we've been talking about Lab of Rockets for a minute. Um looking at that consolidation zone, I think it's still there. Last time I said 72 at least. Uh it got instantly shellacked at that 6840 level right here. Today it's over, but it's where it's right on the 50-day simple. So again, I would say that this remains your buy zone, right? Which if you bought it this morning, cool. No big deal. I heard a a phone. I don't know why I'm [clears throat] ring a phone. No big deal. Um and this I think I said 72.
- 1:16:44
Yeah, we're looking for again these little gaps. So, another gap here remains, but also this gap here. So, you're kind of stuck if you're trading towards the gap. That's that 72 area. Uh, can it do this? For sure. For sure it can. There's a special way to trade these kind of scenarios. Specifically, Rocket Lab, I think I will um I will I will take a look at a trade um maybe group coaching or later this week.
- 1:17:13
There's a there's a unique trade structure that I used to like live on called a time spread that is uniquely suited for this exact market environment. And I think this is the time that you really want to live on that. Um, actually, now that I think of it, we probably should do we probably should do a webinar on this. just um here I'm going to don't do this uh Connie, but I have a question for the chat.
- 1:18:07
Super simple. Okay, there it should be launching. A poll should launch that says simply stated, are you interested in learning about time spreads? It is a very um time spreads are probably the most reliable trade structure that you can make. 30 votes, 31, 33.
- 1:18:39
No, they do require margin account. They they they're they're like a like a debit spread, but not like you stagger expiration dates. If you've ever heard of a poor man's covered call, it's a variation of that. And the thing about these time spreads is that you you can get paid to wait, especially in a scenario like Rocket Lab. this stock right here. This is the best setup for that. Uh I just did one on Robin Hood, too. They're the most chill trades also. I just did one on Robin Hood. Doubled my money.
- 1:19:14
Super chill. The stock was kind of choppy. The stock has gone down on days, but my position didn't. You can build them, so you have a direction and you get paid to wait. And uh no, they don't require margin. They do require a margin account, but no, unlike credit spreads, you one can never lose more than you put out to to to gain. Uh, and and two, they all I mean, it's a you put them on for a debit most of the pretty much all the time. You put them on for a debit and you take them off for a credit. Unlike a credit spread, you put it on for a credit and it's like out of the gate for credit spreads, this is the most that you can ever make. Total opposite. It's still like it's a blend somewhere in between the people that are net long option buyers or net premium buyers. If you're if you're naturally like that, but yet you do know sometimes uh it doesn't benefit you and and it could be a choppy market for a little while. Uh it it
- 1:20:14
actually takes advantage of this. I could make a directional bet on Rocket Lab here and now. Uh, now that I'm looking at this, I I could easily make a directional bet on Rocket Lab right here, right now, that this goes to 80, but at the same time, if it goes nowhere, I will still make money. See that? And uh, and I would probably I would probably at least double. I would probably at least double, but there's a special way. You got to know how to set them up. Um, and if you do learn how to set them up Whoa. Okay.
- 1:20:48
96% are saying yes. I didn't think so. 70 votes. This is a more complex uh option strategy. Definitely a more complex option strategy. Interesting. Okay. If you guys say so. Yeah.
- 1:21:26
Yeah. So, it's very much I use this I use a similar strategy for earnings. So, we will always do a earnings webinar. This is kind of like a preview, but you don't have to use it for earnings explicitly. Like that's why we don't that's why the system is not called just for earnings trades. You can use them all the time. I used to like I this was like survival mode. Like not survival mode. It's like the most Anyways, if you couldn't tell, I learned them. Uh okay, I'll talk to the crew. We'll see if we can get this scheduled.
- 1:22:00
I think it's an important type of trade uh for anybody into into options. Uh, and when you learn this kind of trade, I'll tell you it it is slightly more advanced, but um, it's absolutely worth learning. Then you'll be like, "Oh my god, you you're the possibilities just completely change." All right, they say just do it. I got I mean, I got 95% say yes for 82. That means I got to at least see a hundred of you guys, right?
- 1:22:38
I'll keep it up for a little while. Let's move on. Noia. All right. Noia. It's another Imagine if you had done this trade. Oh my god. I'm looking across the board like all of these are just like this is the perfect scenario. Uh I look across so many are like you should have been doing this forever already. Um yeah, here you are. 1098.
- 1:23:04
Awesome. Um, yeah, 875 was that support area held. You have this very kind of like chill up. We call this what do we call this? Like a we call this a rising wedge in uh in technical patterns. So, the pattern people are going to call this a a rising wedge. I'm going to tell you since I'm not a pattern trader that this is into resistance. I do like the fact that this is one to the third shot on goal. Um, and and what you would do is you just kind of take note. It's not really higher highs across the board, but it is higher lows. You you would you would think that that's great. Oh, it's going to go. It's like, ah, it's cool. It's nice to know. Um 1044, if 1044 from this morning holds, like that's super bullish. Um, I can't I can't say that that's true or that that that's going to happen. But about $10 here, again, I would take this I would take that order block right off this area. Say about 10 bucks. That's going
- 1:24:03
to actually be about this the the bottom end of that upward trajectory here as as it builds into resistance. So, what happens is that if if buyers continue to let's just change colors here to buy and accumulate, right? You get this little moment where like, okay, maybe price comes down for a little bit like this. They end up buying it again right there.
- 1:24:32
Price goes up and it just it does this and ultimately eventually you finally get that break over. So that said, resistance is right around that 11. What do I have? 1138 1150 1150. This actually for this to be really good to actually work, you need it to be over that 1150 level. I'll get you a couple more. Uh now that we have a general range and I can I what's con what's constructive here is that I can in fact see u a new base of buyers. Well, I I I hesitate to call them investors. Um, but I see a new base of of market participants. How's that? So, you you want to get here. You can then have a pullback and then you were looking at 12 80 and potentially as high as 14s right in here. 14 is your resistance area.
- 1:25:30
This could take you into maybe into next month if everything does well. That is your that is your price target. So just in case so nobody gets confused here. I don't know that the that the lows are in. I do know that A low is in probably for probably for right now. Uh what this could look like across the board is if if the low is not in, you could still get this and then you could get this massive pullback on some kind of news like October NFP or maybe November NFP. I still like I would still be a little cautious. Um, is this not the eating season yet? If you're going to trade off the calendar, uh, it's at the deepest point of the eating season that you do really want to deploy all allocations. Is this how they get you in the meantime? It's also possible.
- 1:26:22
It's also possible. You're on 100 votes here. All right, that's good enough for me. So, I would expect to see at least 100 people. Appreciate you, man. Look at the super chats coming in. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Sandis [clears throat] micron price action for the next couple weeks. Yeah, I So, we are right into that overhead supply, right? How many times we've had this uh micron move just kind of like get hit right in that area today. That it is in fact like a little bit higher high. So, what you're looking at 1061. So, what I just did is uh is a measurement that I've had on this radar for a for a while.
- 1:27:10
Again, always just kind of like we're identifying the last big um series of moves, right? I mean, currently series of moves is more or less sideways, but this is the last I'm going to call it a wave, right? Like a wave of moves before was this whole thing. And then we had we had like this whole thing. And now we're we're consolidating this this general setup like this. It looks like a big bowl.
- 1:27:38
People see that. Uh oh. People see that cup and handle, right? Don't tell Graham. Gra's I put uh What do you guys think about the new mug? The mug is called cup and handle. But anyways, it looks it, you know, it looks a little like this. Cup and handle if you super cheap. I don't even Oh, 12 bucks.
- 1:28:15
That's how this begins to set up, right? What is that? What does that pattern really look like? Well, it looks like the big cup and then a big handle. And I I do these kind of things and people get all upset, right? This could be what SPY is setting up for. Who knows? Um but over 1060, um call it 1065, you should at least be seeing 125 or somewhere thereabouts. You should be seeing higher, right? And and this is the beginning. It's not the end.
- 1:28:43
It's the beginning of what what the bulls are going to try to say is a cup and handle, right? That said, this is your earnings. looks like that. I don't know why this sets up um to be like a disappointing earnings, but that it looks it sets up to actually have a push ahead of earnings, a pullback during earnings that eventually gets bought, right? Right in that same thousand range. And that, my friends, is how you would get to 1,600 plus in that order. Right. So here now, look, you're going to you could take a trade uh I think maybe 1,200ish uh target potentially in turnings because god this is this is like right around the corner.
- 1:29:31
That is what is the date there? So today's the 21st of September. It's next Wednesday. So not this Wednesday, next Wednesday. Seven days from now. Can Micron be 1,200 plus? Yeah, it actually could. Does it hold that? Unlikely. It's up 13% in the last four days, four trading days. This happens like you have a trigger. Uh if this is over, what' I say? 1065. Cool. I think you would see probably 1150 1140 in very short order.
- 1:30:12
But um yeah, I so I'm talking about something that looks a little bit like this, right? You might even get that. That's that's and that is your classic cupy handle. I don't know. It's not even this year though, right? So like if you're trading for that, that's more like mid next year type target. So time frame matters. There you have it from me. Um yeah, it's taking the third shot quite frankly. Uh this is the third shot on goal. If it fails here, it'll probably be a big fail, but this setup is not wrong. Uh and so that's that's you would have this uh 950ish support area. you're going to buy that, right? If this fails and this
- 1:31:09
comes in hot like that, you you're we're probably you probably want to buy that. I'll just say [clears throat] um you have it. SanDisk, I think, was your other ask. Yeah, they're the same chart, right? So, same chart. Sand is a little bit laggy. I think last time I talked about Western Digital being the catch-up trade, you know, but it's also one, two, three shot. The third shot right here, SanDisk, I can see pull back to 1670.
- 1:31:39
Uh, it's probably going to move a I would probably rather SanDisk if you're I actually I don't trade options on Sandis because they're too spready. Like the bid ass spread is too hot. Um, I think you're 1650ish support here. Um, at any point from here, if this starts to take another shot at that 1850 resistance, which is resistance here from here, at any point, like if it if it tries to go, I think you you do end up making a a run for it. But, um, this is a watch. So, just chill, watch um, and see. Right. So, this is already back to Friday's You're already back to Friday's high. This is this is one we're not quite seeing yet. Don't forget we have Trump and she on Wednesday. That's gonna be massive. So 1745 is yes is Friday's high on SanDisk
- 1:32:38
as an example. If we cannot hold over that would I say 1650. There's your support. expect at least half of yesterday's range to be pulled back which is support into that 16 that's about 1670 1665 something like that otherwise above 1745 that is your that is your current pivot that should be support it's ultra light support TVD on that guy but appreciate your your support all right Um, cool. The hoodie. The hoodie. The hood. Hood. I'm not chasing.
- 1:33:20
No, I like hoodie. Um, I said 125. That's the level, right? If it's if it's significantly over 125, this is uh this is crazy. I think this is a shitty spot to uh allocate new money. Was it Tanner called me yesterday uh and and and aptly hung up on me as well. Apparently that's a thing that he does uh to trade Nebius or I said Friday Friday to trade Nebius for uh hoodie.
- 1:33:54
Um no I I I can't say I can't say I would. It's just a if I wouldn't buy it here now I can't really I don't want to do that. Um, I think your time to buy Robin Hood is past. If you if you buy this, this is a chase. You're chasing here. Uh, 108 was that support level that I'd outlined for days. So, there it is. I mean, I wasn't exact, but I was pretty pretty dang close. Uh, if this is holding at this point 1918, it doesn't matter like 108 should remain support should remain to be support here. I think the crypto move I'm not a big I you I'm not I'm not really into this crypto move here like at all quite frankly. My the truth of the matter is that my thoughts on crypto are that that this should not in fact be the year but right here right now you do get a little bit of a bounce although it
- 1:34:52
typically gets faded in this in this phase of the cycle. So this should not be the real one. Um it could in fact be a big suckers rally. I'm not trading for that. I don't know if it is. Um, actually I did have a little trade on for it that quickly closed, but uh, no, I don't I don't uh I'm not chasing this one, nor would I chase like security also even though this continues to go higher, right? Cross strike. Um, let me see PaloAlto. Okay, day.
- 1:35:22
There are so many other opportunities. Nibbius, look at this. That are a better entry points. That looks good to me. You like coreweave. What's wrong with Nibbius? It's a better It's a better overall stock. Look at that. Oh, dude. Favorite my guy. We got to go here. We got to go here. I appreciate you, man. So, um, Baba, I don't know. Let's see. So, Baba, we have, uh, we have news today over the weekend. President G, uh, Trump. Here's the deal.
- 1:36:00
Chinese equities do not trade like US equities. If you think that Chinese equities should trade based on fundamental valuations, um, I feel like you're just doing it wrong. Uh, because and you should realize that because you you've been people have been thinking about Baba from that perspective. for forever and it's been wrong. So there's that's not that's not how the Chinese market treats the equities. You have to understand it's a communist country. Um if it gets too big, what happens? We've seen what happens. Uh it's not about they're not capitalists like we are. It's a cultural thing. Just deal with it. You It's not going to trade on fundamentals. It's not how it should trade on fundamentals. Not how it's ever traded on like no. Unless the US is the largest investor base of Baba, which by the way it's not. Um that that's what would have to be different. At at one point it might have been right at 400 something like that
- 1:36:58
which you know all of that different regime when Baba kind of back like based out. I think this is really it's a sentiment shift. this this whole thing it's about it's about policy and it's about sentiment there. So if she again same perspective but not because Boba is cheap. I'm not going to argue it's not cheap. It is cheap based on western uh logic but I I'm saying if you use that logic you're not using the right logic. You're doing it wrong. Um it it's just not that way. This is about policy. She Trump meeting over the weekend. Baba is I believe China's largest AI um like call it like that's their frontier model right or one of them um Baba cloud is like it's like AWS it's a it's a big thing um they have
- 1:37:55
their own AI but again they've had it for a long time this company is not trained on fundamentals I just want to be very clear that that needs to get out of your get out of the the logic tree of how you look at Baba this is sentiment driven based on policy. So that said, if she wants China to be, you know, at the forefront of frontier models for AI, probably Baba is in fact his best bet. And because for those reasons, I don't actually hate Baba here. Uh I think you have uh this ADR, so it trades overnight significantly.
- 1:38:31
It's very gappy stock. you have a pretty simple like 105 uh like support area right over here. This is the 200 week simple moving average as well. Um and this is also I'll just get it for you. Come on. Come on. This general support here. Let me just clean this up. Take all my lines off from here. You can kind of see it here.
- 1:39:05
There you go. It's about your 105 level. So, this is the prior base. And they're very technical at least. Um I if if Bob is trading over this and why technicals will work in this situation is because that's going to tell you if if people are buying it, right? That's all it is. Technical analysis is literally a near-term representation of of people's purchases and sales. So holding this level here, this is somewhat bullish. Um what I can say is I will measure this area and get you one more 125. So again technically measuring from here to here.
- 1:39:43
This is that last move that gives us a pullback range between 125 and 105 spot 14. I just said 105 is the tradable low. Um, and so if you're accumulating in this range between 125 and 105, I think you can accumulate here for that thesis to play out that um that policy will change and it becomes more beneficial for a company like like Jax to to actually do well. If at any point that that stance changes, you will likely see this price change. Um, but that's what you would actually need to pay attention to to me. Um, but yeah, there you have it. So, appreciate you, my guy.
- 1:40:29
AMD, AMD, AMD, AMD. She She held, man. This is another another like short squeeze here. She went She was looking hot. She looking heavy. Like for AMD if you were hedging like I actually did not mind this at all being a little short here just in case shortterm lose the short if you had a hedge on hopefully that goes to zero it should goes to zero from here that is the job um from here 585 is that prior retest uh this is setting to sevens as long as this is over $585 you don't have to be exact Um, God, this is actually heading to 700. It is what it is. It's another $100 upside today. If you're chasing this, you're chasing this. Um, so I just gave you one
- 1:41:29
spot to watch. That is this this high right here. So, pull that out. You're going to get 585. It's 584 and change. The way this works again, think of that cup and handle. Where is it? cup and handle. What's this? You get there. If it doesn't work, then you get a little bit of pullback, right? God, that that mug is actually not bad, right? Uh if you lose 580s five, then you would expect this pullback and then you would probably want to accumulate [cough and clears throat] around as close to 500 as you can because that in fact would be how lick cup and handle would show up. Right.
- 1:42:15
Right. So my guy who was asking about how do you not chase? Well, you just know how these things play out and you just watch watch pick your spot, have a plan. You don't have to chase this. That's not usually how it works. Not usually. You're up on my shop. [laughter] I don't know. I don't know. Beamer. Beamer. She got over the hump. This looks like a little um Do I have 30 and change? Uh looks like a little Coinbasey action.
- 1:42:52
I mean, you got to be lottoesque. I would just be I mean, you're top of the range here. I don't think this comes to the very bottom, but here is I had about 30. We're going to take this level right there. 27. Okay, my bad. So, it is in fact at resistance. It is in fact at resistance right now.
- 1:43:23
So which what was prior support support support. You can say turned resistance here. So let's make it a range. It's this box which is which is more like real life. So that box takes it to 30. red for resistance where the sellers are. If it gets through that, then the bears lose, right? And then you're in a you're in a real active squeeze. Um, but you're at the first level right now. Can it get to the top of the of that range? Yeah, it totally can. You don't want to see it lose 26 here. Do I say 26?
- 1:44:14
Um, this is hard for me to explain to you guys. So, if you lose 20, it doesn't mean that it's over either. We got to throw this volume profile on one more time. And you zoom out a little bit. We'll show you these these uh these ranges, if you will. So, see this top? I knew this was going to show up just like this. So, see this little in between mountain range. So, peak, mountain, mountain peak, mountain peak, big mountain peak. So, I said 26, that's here. I if that if that happens, then you're you're coming down here. Doesn't mean the trade's over either. Like, you'd probably go back up and then you still have all of that range to to go.
- 1:44:56
What's happening right now is that if you're looking at this area, you could get sucked into that pretty quickly. But for right now, that 20 looks like 25. So I was a little off is that support area here where it's still going to be in this. It's still going to be happening. So this is build that's a lot of percentage on this type of stock. It's uh it's about to start moving.
- 1:45:24
Earnings does not matter on a thing like this. I can look at BMR again and say, you know what, this looks like another perfect candidate for some kind of time spread to take advantage of choppy trade like this and and have a directional bias at the same time. If you really had to be bullish, that's probably the only way I would trade this personally, just me. Um, yeah, especially after a big move like that, this might actually set up beautifully for some kind of a time spread.
- 1:45:56
Loos we talked about. So, uh, weekly weekly open close. We said, uh, 350. We got a close above and an open above 3. So, the prior week here was 345. That was a big one. Where 350 comes from is this guy, right? It's 351. We're going to call this not not going to do that. Call this like a change character change. call this a break just little acronyms if you will. So we should be going in 36175 right now uh and ultimately into the 375s if we can get over that.
- 1:46:38
So trajectory trajectory trajectory now is into the 360s low 3601 and a quarter something like that. If you're over 361 from here we should be seeing 375. Um this is third week in a row up. We are in an active move. If we are over last week's high, which is 35941. So that is another break of structure. That would give us what we would call from a if anybody knows what the strat is, another two up on the week. That's what you're looking for. Um my gut here is that we are at least heading into that. But again, if I took a measurement on last week's candle, again, we are technically still inside range. And so when you're inside range, I expect support to be about that 350. So last week's range, 50% of last week's candle is exactly 350 spot 04. Um, a little
- 1:47:34
over 60% is 352. So which means that and I'm looking at a weekly candle that this here is support for the week where you can probably pick it up. you can pick it up buys on there targets around 360 potentially higher uh for this week and and if it really does this this isn't really chasing right if it does get over 361 probably next week yeah we're seeing 375s um into earnings which is not until like which is at the end of October that's a short covering rally into earnings that is again another gap and go not off today but um off of Friday's trading session. So there you have it.
- 1:48:17
350 spot 04 was today's pre-market low. Uh I think that that is the area. Otherwise 352 not below 350. If we're below 350 then yeah we will we will retest that low uh and support near-term uh can go just slightly lower down to 340 and this trade is still available. Meaning like it can still do that but below 340 no. uh we're not doing that um for the near term at least that is for the you know pre-earnings kind of short covering rally that's that's what we're looking for here that could [clears throat] be bigger that could be a big one anyways so there you have it that is lagoos uh time check about 11 my time credo cerebrus I mean fastly I'm gonna take my pick here we did hoodie Duke Utilities, I don't know. NXPI,
- 1:49:16
Marll's interesting. See is just following what we talked about last week. Only one for Tessy Extreme Networks stay. Bye. I bought uh a little extreme. Holy, what happened to my shop? Somebody somebody pinged the guy. I just took this. Shimoli. What? What?
- 1:49:44
That's a short See the That's a short squeeze. If I've ever seen a short squeeze before, guys, that's news. That's a short squeeze. I don't know what to say. Um I don't even have it. What's the news on Shopppee Shop? That's a short squeeze and a half. But she's moving, moving, and grooving. partnering with Metamuse.
- 1:50:13
There you go. Shop partnering with Metamuse. Are you Are you Are you messing with me? I [clears throat] don't know. I have no idea. Zero clue. [laughter] That definitely news driven candle. That is a fugazi. But can it be real? Yes, it can be real. Can we look at Tessie? I would like to look at Tessy. Isla. She's holding. Oh, 375. See, these are not. So, you you you don't chase. You don't have to chase if you have a a a rolodex. You everybody know what a rolodex is? Do you even know what a rolodex is?
- 1:50:59
Like, people might not have any idea what a rolodex is. Um, if you have a rolodex of stocks that's as thick as your boys, you really don't have to chase a hold over 370. She's uh, like I said before, she's heading into 415s. Um, also like I said before, this is not over. [clears throat] Is it made of paper? I mean, [laughter] there's paper in it.
- 1:51:32
It's a book of numbers. At least some people knew what it was. CHS spreading the love. Love it. Oh, okay. So, there you have it. Look, I said I didn't hate the shop entry actually at all. This is okay. So, Shopify kind of twofold.
- 1:52:00
Number one, you you know you know that whole people don't really get this. That whole um how do I say this? Oh, it's reversing kind of setup. It looks a little like this, right? It looks a little bit like this. And um it starts a little something something like this, right? You have a big old cup B, whatever. And so hear me out on this. I'm re I've rewound the the chart. This is systematic.
- 1:52:35
You have and if you if you want to learn patterns, you really need to understand this. These are all measurements, measured moves. This is why technical analysis works so well. Um this is that bear zone that I always highlight right here. That is the bear zone that I always highlight. And then I will typically take a measurement from said. So this is three points 0.1 to 0 point 2 gives us that bare zone right here. Then if that bear zone hits then I have this measurement point 2 to.3 and gives me a pullback measured pullback right into here. Okay follow right there. Pull back.
- 1:53:20
This is where we are. So yeah, this is this is this can be very systematic. So where should this go right now? I mean you guys kind of figured it out. Uh but it it should go that bear zone remains about 150. So I this should this should take it at 138. Can we see 150 very quickly? For sure we can. Um and in the meantime all of this is a accumulation range to say hey look this actually goes higher where higher well here higher 240 225 something like that. Um so that is in fact a a a nice juicy position for a positional move to potentially double up just on equity alone. That's probably a year-long hold, though. Um, but I like it.
- 1:54:17
I like it a lot. That said, what's it look like when this fails? Here's the risk. I'll do a weekly. Now, weekly, you remember that whole same thing I just kind of outlined. You know, when you pull this back even further, it starts to look even a little bit similar. The reason why I like it is because I can put when I see the same thing happening potentially on not not just one time frame but also a much larger Do you see it now? Also a much larger time frame. What do you guys see?
- 1:54:53
I don't know. I see a mug in someone's future. You know where did my chart go? You see it now? So, where's the risk? Right? So, the risk is okay, if you're thinking that this is going to happen. If this doesn't break through, that's the 180 and doesn't do the alltime all-time high breakout. Cool. That's fine. Does this go away? Like, does this does this whole thing is it null and void? No, not necessarily. But what you can get is you can get a big move and a bigger pullback and and more chop like this for a time. But ultimately as long as you have the foundation like fundamentals mostly sound, yeah, this is all available, it would still be valid. So um for those reasons, yeah, I I like Shopify from a long-term perspective. There you have it. And I think that Metamuse
- 1:55:51
information that kind of just took her down more recently after a massive um quarter. Uh, I don't think that if you thought Metamis was going to take Shopify down, I just don't I think you buy that kind of fear. I think that's the way to play this game. You don't chase, but you buy that kind of fear, right? If you bought security when Anthropic said security, we're going to take out all that's that's the way to go. Anyways, [clears throat] there's my two cents. Maybe I'm wrong.
- 1:56:22
I'm wrong about a lot of things. And I mean a lot of things. So, there's that. I feel like No, I mean I don't know if I'm wrong that much. I mean, I'm wrong a lot. I do know that. Anyways, Zeta again, you like it. Cool. Love it. Even better. What are we looking at? Right. So, we're looking at the exact kind of situation. Now, you kind of know like, oh, Jason's always talking about I keep talking about it's 25, right? 24 25.
- 1:56:50
Why? This is where this where resistance was. Is this nice to see? Yeah, it's nice to see. Is this a risky ass entry? Hell yeah it is. Can it go just straight to the straight to here? Yeah, it's a small cap. It absolutely can. Doesn't have to do any kind of pullback. What if it does this and then does this for sure all all available. So it looks good. Yes. Is it a risky entry? Hell yes. Um there you have it. But this would be a stay the course kind of scenario here.
- 1:57:19
Absolutely. Stay the course. Stay long. always belong. Forever and always. They have it. Stop it. JC's giving trolling me, man. They're trolling me, dude. Come on. Like, like, can't can't Nike at least get some short covering ahead of earnings. Like, something. This is the worst looking stock in the entire market. I swear to God, this is so bad.
- 1:57:55
But I think it can pop to 37. [laughter] I think it can pop to 37 before getting shellacked. Is that worth it? I don't know, man. I don't know. It's It's getting tighter and tighter. And that's what I'll say. This is getting tighter and tighter and tighter. Um down another 50% from the last time you thought the low was in at 45. I mean, Jiminy Criy, it's Nike for God's sake, right?
- 1:58:29
No, no, I don't know, man. I don't know what to say about this, but uh yeah, apparently they did in fact build an empire on Jordan. And um you know when when when when uh when Jordan retired I feel like when did Jordan retire? Somebody tell me chat when did Jordan retire? Was that 2021?
- 1:58:58
If Jordan retired in 2021 I mean then you just know when did Jordan retire? Nope. Boom. Seems to be a thing. No, no, no. So 90s 2000. Okay. So, but his shoes still sold into 20 years later. I don't know. I don't know.
- 1:59:31
This is the 2000's peak. I don't know. This is one where like you you just kind of like Is it really that bad though? Do they get at least give you a yield? Is there divvy? I'm just saying. I don't know. [laughter] Oh, it's a 5% four and a half% yields.
- 2:00:01
You got earnings. I don't hate it, but like we know that they need to have a new marketing team. They must get a new marketing team. Here's here's here's the bottom of the last earnings candle right here. That's 37. Why I think it gets at least there. Um and the range is to 43 of the last earnings c just the last earnings candle alone was like 37 to 43. So what this does nobody asked for Nike but um you know my own curiosity is getting the best of me here.
- 2:00:51
This is a real charting moment. Where' they go? This goes I'm going to lock in this range. Okay. Downside gives me 32 to 30. Has not hit that. So here's your downside target. 32 and a2 right there. I think you could sell these puts. Look. Look. If you want to trade, if you want to trade this, you sell these puts right here. 32 and 12 right now. Um or $30 puts. Uh, but they're probably dirt cheap. If it's over 3705, you could see 40.
- 2:01:34
God, give me a trade on Nike. I want I want an up 95,000 calls versus 38 thou 31,000 puts. You know, I don't I don't think that's normal, right? Oh, they're all selling 40. They're selling all these $40 calls. They're selling. Look it. Somebody sold June 2027 4250 calls for two 285. They sold the calls. I honestly that's this is another time spread setup. This is what you do.
- 2:02:11
This is a perfect one. October 1. Hell yes. Okay, this sets up beautifully. Look at these options. Selling $40 calls for October monthly. Buying $40 calls for November monthly. Total net $63 debit. Hold on. Your boy's doing some some uh some tinkering right now. What? 200% in what if I got I got I I got a trade.
- 2:02:51
I got a trade. Yeah, we did do Broadcom. The grab I mean the grab was down in the dumper. I That was like liquidity grab and a half. Yeah, do it. Just do it. Not talking about Nike here. I'll buy a token. 100 shares of Grab. Wait for it. Listen. Listen.
- 2:03:21
Almost. Shout out to the boys. There you have it. We're going to root for him. Fastley is like Okami. Fastly is uh is um this security. So these are the companies Fastley and Okami specifically are the companies that are actually heavy security that I think that the market does not understand. Again, um what are you looking at? If you don't know what you're looking at, you should buy a mug. You should buy a cup and handle from the store.
- 2:04:01
This is going to be a thing, right? You probably should because here's the deal. Oh, I already have it. I'm not gonna I have so many lines as I keep having to do this over and over and over. Let me just clean this up. How's that? Okay, so looking good. It's a big day today. That's fine. Always want to zoom out. And yes, I know what it looks like. But this whole scenario also kind of what we're looking at looks like. So remember what I said. I like it when I can see a a a near-term pattern. This is how near-term this is replicating itself over a longer term scenario.
- 2:04:56
multiple times over. I don't know, guys. Pretty sure that's exactly what I'm seeing. Also, this is a this is a this is a story about market cap. I told you about Okami$16 billion market cap, $4.3 billion market. Four $4.3 billion market cap. Of all CDNs, this one has actually the smallest. is about half the size of um of Cloudflare. Quite frankly, uh I I do feel like these companies are uniquely suited for this moment in time.
- 2:05:33
I said that about Dell two years ago or a year and a half ago, right? Actually, Michael said that a year and a half ago about Dell when it was, you know, hundred something dollars or under $100. I'm saying that about Fastly. So like these things I think um from a technology perspective it goes into the networking field as well I think are are very very big thing. This one specifically is is really like it's a market cap play. Fastly is the best technology between Cloudflare Okami and um and between Fastly Cloudflare and Okami of the three Fastly is actually the best technology. So, it's the best.
- 2:06:15
It's the best CDN. Is CDN the only technology here? No. Um, we talked about A10. Love it. Love it. Love it. This is what's called a load balancer. People don't know about these security plays. FFIV, biggest name in the space, load balancer. You tell me how's it looking. How's it looking, fam? Do you know what this company is? No. 25 billy. I kind of like the fact a lot of times that that people don't know what these are.
- 2:06:54
Sometimes that means there's like a concentrated ownership and and sometimes it's it placed your your you know against you. But yeah, this is your biggest name in the space as I remember it. The thing about Cloudflare, it's not bad, right? It's good. Look at this. should be going to 360. The crew knows this. We've already measured this. Um we did this one in our group coach and this is 360. Um yeah, Okami is 15 billion. It's crazy, right? Um Cloudflare is a it's a it's a it's a complicatedish company because CDN is a small part of what they do. Um the other parts that they do, they do uh application firewalls, they do they do a lot of other things. They do load balancing, which is what I just showed you, A10 and FFIV.
- 2:07:52
Cloudflare does a little bit of everything in that whole space because security itself is such a convoluted bucket of things. Um it does a lot of the the network traffic type security. So it's not a pure play on any one thing, just to be crystal clear. It's just not uh but it is it is which is why I can easily say it's onetenth the size of of Okami from a CDN perspective because Okami is Okami and Fasty are the only two pure play CDNs. A10 FFI are like the two pure play load balancers.
- 2:08:24
These are the two types of technologies that I would say are are extremely like uniquely positioned that not many people know about um or understand unless you're in in unless you're in it then then you know exactly what I'm talking about. Um I mean Tessy Tess is 415 eventually over 370. Yeah, we're good. SNX. Um yeah, so I have this in the draft. you know, we talk about all this uh all all these technologies, you know, if you don't remember or if you don't know who I am or if you don't I I'm you don't have to. Who am I? I'm just a guy, right? I'm just a regular guy. That sounded really bad. Um I'm I'm I'm typ I try to be as humble as possible. I'm not I'm not trying to be a boastful dude. But um you know what I can say is that Syninx this is company is called TD
- 2:09:22
Syninx we've been talking about all this technology I I am uniquely positioned to know about a lot a lot of this type of technology because my job used to be to spec out or you know help help spec these data centers that we're talking about building. I would I would hand select specific technologies for specific utilities, specific things. We have we have, you know, very specific problems. We have very unique technology. My job was to know what technology solves what problem and where to source them and and who the players were and I was the connection, right?
- 2:09:57
Like you have this problem, go see Jason because he knows how to fix it. That was my thing, right? uh and we would we would put together a bill of materials to build out your data center to solve your business problem whatever it is. Now where does cynics come in? We talk about you talk about Arista, you talk about Cisco, you talk about PaloAlto, you talk about Dell, you talk about SM, not SMCI. Um, but a lot of these companies, you know, F5, A10, Extreme Networks, whatever, you know, when you go to buy things, I'll show you something. You know, we we think about agriculture, whatever. Did you guys know what is it? Gringanger.
- 2:10:34
Yeah, Granger. What do you go to Granger to buy? you you buy tools and stuff like the the bigger companies go to and whoever go to Granger to buy your tools. This is actually a company for for a lot of times this this uh actually this is probably a bad moment when agriculture is like doing its thing. This is what we call like distribution, right? For um for technology, we go to distribution as well. There are only a few distributors. Um and there are three publicly traded distributors that are real distributors that are available to own. TD Sinx is a combination of what used to be uh the two largest uh technology distribution companies. That was uh Syninx and Tech
- 2:11:32
Data. Those were the two they were two companies. One company Syninx, one company Tech Data. They combined to create the largest of all distribution hubs. Specifically, Syninx. Um, you know, you think of SMCI, you think of things like this. There's a little hidden gem in Syninx, and that is, uh, there's a little arm of the company called Hive. Not like the crypto miner. No, has nothing to do with that.
- 2:11:58
Hive is a um, is a custombuilt like like compute architecture. So like if you wanted to build a custom rack by the way and this is why synx for me there are companies getting into AI that have not been bu like have not been in AI for a while that I know for a fact source the majority of their of their servers and things direct through Syninx and a lot of it custom custom specs. Most of the time you think of SMCI.
- 2:12:33
The other big player for US companies is a little outfit called Hive who is owned by, you guessed it, SinX. So, this are what we call white box. I'm looking for a a white paper that I kind of built on this a while ago. I can't find it. So, um, for those reasons, you want to look into Synex. You want to understand what Hive is. Once you do understand that, you're going to be like, "Holy." Also, last quarter, Amazon, who's by the way going around the the industry and and buying everyone's equity in return for for orders.
- 2:13:11
[clears throat] Amazon did the same thing with Synx. They bought a a boatload of stock. Um, and they do source directly from Synex for those specific things. In addition to all that, everybody who wants to buy their gear buys from one of three publicly traded companies, TD Synex being the largest, Arrow um electronics being right up there and being the third largest. Each of these have a small specialty. Synx is the only one that has that. Ingram Micro, which is I think more recent uh there it is, more recent listing.
- 2:13:49
Ingram Micro Kabam newer IPO is is TD Synx number one, Ingram Micro number two, Aero Electronics number three. Aero Electronics specifically has a more specialty niche in custom silicon chips if you wanted to buy that stuff that a lot of a lot of the sourcing goes through them. But these are your three call it arms dealers of the AI race that nobody knows about. And so no matter who wins, when you think, oh, okay, Nvidia is going to win.
- 2:14:24
No matter who wins, these three companies win across the board. Do they win in the same size? No, not necessarily. But historically, they are they are cheap multiples. They're not necessarily expensive. And the cool thing about them is that nobody knows who they are. Uh and and I just gave you the the sauce on on TD Synex, and you will have to look into that. Do your own due diligence. Um, but there you have it. Earnings coming. So again, just a little cautionary note. There is some delution going on here because they're issuing warrants to Amazon to buy gear through SinX. Amazon is making that issue or making that like they already stepped in and they bought a bunch uh lower by the way. But specifically Synx, they sell all the gear to not just the hyperscalers, but to everyone. These are the arms dealers of the AI race. If you didn't know, now you know. So, uh, there you have it. By
- 2:15:21
Ingram, I mean, again, Ingram doesn't have the same custom, uh, rack building arm that Synex has. Aerero Electronics, I I would probably defer there. I But I I don't think they're bad. I don't think any of these are going to be bad. But again, you're not But the AI arms race, these are the these are the dealers. That's the easiest way for me to say it. Um, and it is what's true. Global Foundaries has some news. Uh, I think right off the lows, this was my level. Look, she's going good. I I mean, at this point, I can I could probably lever up into this.
- 2:15:58
I think this off the lows. I want to see 67. Um, that would be ideal. That is a long ways from here. So, uh, for those reasons, like I'm not going to chase this right now. I actually had a trade on this. I took down like a loser uh right at the lows. Uh and I didn't reload it, but I do own this. Um and I like it. So, I like it a lot. The other one I bought recently, just so you know, Kratos uh I I've been talking about this for a while. I think this is the time. Uh space is still in the race. Uh I think you buy these type of stocks like a Rocket Lab. Yes, like a ESTS. No, not like I I think generally speaking, you can dollar cost average into these. This is looking good. So again, to me, this is the the beginnings. This looks a little if you go back maybe like a Qualcomm squeeze beginning. Um, yeah, I like allocating some stuff to this guy.
- 2:16:52
Not a lot, very small token amount. Um, but yeah, there you have it. Palunteer, look, I like this because it's it's defense, right? It's it's uh aerospace and defense. Is this this is chasing? Let's just just be crystal clear. volunteer stay long be long 172 held she goes to 188 that is still remains to be resistance um if today's the top high on on Palunteer again for the week this would be a little bit more concerning you have one two three shot the four shot usually takes it to the goolog um which would still puts you support around 150 otherwise stay long be long uh this if it's an investment is all good 172 unless This is below 172. That is not happening by the way. So um support very near-term 17230. I'll call it 170. Resistance right here 188.
- 2:17:51
You're in the middle. You're in the middle. You don't want to diddle in the middle. It's all she wrote. But yeah, stay long. Credo. Uh yeah. So have at it, Credo. If we're okay, so it's big old move today. Not today, but it might not be bad today. This is like an Astera Labs type of reversal, like a GFS type reversal. Does to me does Credto have the same upside as an Astera Labs who was just ripping your face off today. By the way, my god, if you didn't know, I don't know what to tell you. I almost picked this in the draft, but I need some token. I need some bartering chips for these people because if I picked an Astera Labs, nobody's going to know what the hell I'm talking about. Although that was for sure like one of my favorite swing setups last week coming into this.
- 2:18:45
Your boy posted on Tw on what is this? Twitter. Twitter. Yeah, these are live charts by the way. So live charts. Here's the the G-pocket we call it, right? The buy zone. [cough] The buy zone. This goes so fast. A name like Astair Labs has a massive daily range. So these things can be up up or down 15% in a single day. So tread tread lightly. But green arrows are what we call pathing player forward. You tell me where are we going to go, right? Um I'm already there. So like cool.
- 2:19:21
Hopefully you caught this. This is nice. But resistance, this is my resistance level, dude. If Astera is over three, like 375, I'm like, dude, this is this is getting gross. I would have picked this in the draft had I thought anybody would have any inkling. I'm already getting enough Sorry. as it is for for having stocks that people don't know about. Like not I'm not giving about it, but like I don't have uh I don't have any bargaining chips to the one thing is like dude, all of us in real life, we're like, "Yeah, I I I would I would I would BTFD the f out of these uh stocks if you if you like them." I personally would. M. But um yeah, these are apparently where the eating season dips have been because holy shamoly another 10% day backto back on the Astera Labs. Now does Credo get that?
- 2:20:18
Don't know. If you like Marll, you should like Astera Labs, by the way. And Marll also like look guys, I'm giving you some. I'm giving you some. It's not on your list, but it should be. If you like Marll, if the AI trade is back, baby, where do you want to be? I don't know. You don't have to buy right now. Everything I've said today absolutely matters. We want to see does this continue on for the rest of the week. That's what matters. Um, cerebrus. I don't know this one well enough to have a good uh a good handle on this. So, this I think there was a lot of dilution. I don't know. But, um, I think the downside target is hit on less cerebras. This are this guy is very, you know what, one thing to not cerebras highly highly tied to OpenAI's
- 2:21:14
uh, success. So, I think you get to 220. This 170 area technically that's your support. What I just did, if you don't know what I did, um, since you probably don't, is I I made this is the first print opening day of the IPO. Doubling that gets me a downside target to about 220. Tripling that, which the boys knock on the door, so I got to go. Tripping that takes it to about 137. We didn't get there, right? So, this is one, two technically here. This is 2.5x the the initial opening print. That honestly is good enough. This is your support area around 180. You should be heading to me into that 220 area. If and only if you get over 220, cool. Boom.
- 2:22:00
260 something. Uh and then maybe maybe just maybe you're lucky enough. And I think this starts to trend um on any current news sentiment, things like that. Sentiment for AI is decent. Um, but any specific news about OpenAI or Cerebra specifically? You're good. AOI. Ah, it's fine. Uh, Nebius, how come I did Serious? Oh, these are all Corning. Yes, dude. Cadence is the dumbest one. You know, Cadence is still Hello, Cadence. Another stupid pullback. Um, sorry, guys. Right into this area. It is what it is. Best of breed like EDA soft.
- 2:22:38
Like, come on. What are we doing here? This is a stock that has a 30% growth rate. Like, what are we doing? Um, yeah. No, this is a buy long term. Do what you want. Unless they're being disrupted by AI, which I mean, like, come on. I I don't know that they are. I don't think that's even possible. But, uh, yeah, that was support. [cough] Did they say Russell? No. Did it Did it do it?
- 2:23:06
No. No. You're there. You're there. You're there. You're there. Let it go. Let it go. Wait, my guy. Wait. All right. I love you guys. I'm getting knocked on at the door. Corning look also looks good. I think this is the road to 200 as she goes. But the whole market I'm just going to take all these down. The whole market is leaning on Wednesday. It's a it's a sentiment driven rally. Does this hold? Only if sentiment holds. If he comes out and says like, "Oh, we making this deal, blah, blah, blah." If the hope fades come Wednesday, expect prices to fade come Wednesday. So, that's that's that's the concern or that's the risk, if you will. It's not a concern. Uh, if you're a believer, you're a believer and you're hoping that it does fade. That's all I can say. Prices here now are at a point where if you look at them from a

charting perspective, today they'll look great. Tomorrow they could look like dudoo kaka. I don't know. The the the stock market has been like that for a long time, probably the last two months. Which is why I think I do want to put together uh this this training on a new way to trade. Well, it's not really new. It's it's like a a very a very longstanding way to trade the chop because, you know, to some people's point, you know, like one day you're fighting FOMO and then the next day you're scared to pull the trigger because of some headline, right? And there's a way to take take advantage of that and and have a directional bias, too, and get paid to wait. So, I like that idea. I'll run it by the crew. see what they say. Uh I don't know our schedule for the rest of the the webinars, but I do know that we have a handful on deck. Um and until then, you know what? We've been trading

live a little bit here and there. I uh I have some stuff in the works. I think we're going to continue to do that. So, make sure you have notifications on cuz uh yeah, I should be trading and we should be live a lot more throughout the week. So, Rusty, you rock. All right, guys. With that, I'll call it and I'll see you on the next one. Peace.

What levels does the host give for Qualcomm?

What are the three publicly traded technology distributors he mentions?
He names TD Synnex as the largest, Ingram Micro as number two, and Arrow Electronics as number three. He calls them the arms dealers of the AI race.
What is a time spread according to the host?
He describes it as a reliable options trade structure that staggers expiration dates, similar to a poor man's covered call. He says you can get paid to wait and it works well in choppy markets like Rocket Lab.
What risk does the host flag for the current rally?
He says the rally is sentiment-driven and if the China hope fades, prices will likely fade. He warns that if you are chasing today, that is the risk.
