In this webinar, host Gretle Wall interviews David Prince, leader of T3 Live's Inner Circle virtual trading floor, about three strategies working for him and his group in a tough market. Prince explains that the first strategy is spotting new leaders by focusing on sectors with large total addressable markets, earnings beats and raises, increasing profit margins, and reasonable market caps. He uses Dell as an example, noting how he and his team traded it repeatedly after earnings. The second strategy is recognizing stock reratings, where a news catalyst or narrative shift can cause a stock to trade higher for days or weeks. The third strategy is going all in on a theme when a high-conviction opportunity arises, rather than overtrading. Prince emphasizes money management, discipline, and avoiding death by a thousand cuts. The webinar also promotes the Inner Circle, a community for experienced traders with a $100,000 minimum account size, and offers a special deal including a month of access and a year of Epic Trades.

All right. Hello. Hello everyone. Welcome to our event here today. I'm Gretle Wall. I'm your host and I'm joined by David Prince, the leader of T3 Live's Inner Circle virtual trading floor. Uh the focus of our event today is to to break down uh the three strategies that are working for David himself and the inner circle circle right now in this market. It's been a tough market for a lot of traders, but this room is is doing really well. So, we're going to talk about how they've done that, how they've stayed protected in this market. Uh, just everyone say hi in the chat. I see lots of people saying hi already. Let us know where you're watching from. I [snorts] myself am in California. I know David is in Texas and so we're we're split up, but we're here together today. David, it's a Wednesday.
- 1:01
It's middle of the week. How's the week been going for you and your group? Uh, you know, I'm always cautious to say like we're having a good week because I get it. People are going through pain, but relatively speaking, it's really been a pretty good week. I I wouldn't say uh anyone's made hundreds of millions, but really us position well and feel good about where we are, [snorts] >> right? All right. So, real quickly, uh I just want to go over our agenda for the day today. The point of our event here today is for everyone with us to meet you, David, and learn more about who you are and who the what the inner circle is, the group that you run with us. The we're going to go through the three strategies working for David and his group in this market and get some insight into your outlook from here and some things that are coming up that uh could be really exciting for you and your room. So, first about David and the inner circle. Who is David? Well, he was a nightclub owner back in the 90s and he's been in this financial space since the late 90s. Hedge fund manager. He helped put Spaxs on the map with the
- 2:00
names like John Juice and American Apparel. Very involved in the biotech space with immun immunome in the cannabis space with names like Hydroarm and most recently in the AI drone space also with names like Swarmer. In 2020, he partnered here with us at T3 Live to create the inner circle virtual trading floor. Now, what is the inner circle virtual trading floor? It is an exclusive trading room and community for hedge fund managers, family office heads, corporate executives, financial adviserss, prot traders, and more. And it's run by David Prince himself, but also uh with Kira Bar and Rick March in there with him as his co-odderators in the room, really his team there in the room. And there are some requirements to join a $100,000 minimum account size and at least two years of experience. not not a place for beginners or those learning how to trade. Um want to go through some some testimonials about David. These are some tweets uh saying your
- 3:00
that first one there on the left saying your thought process helping me to be rational and do risk management properly. A lot to learn from you. That's been really key in this market and we'll go through that. Uh, and Dylan there saying, "I came across one video from you, I think a year and a half ago, and ever since a follow. You shaped my trading mindset, and I'm forever grateful for your free shared knowledge to this community." Now, David does share a ton for free on Twitter. Uh, but the inner circle gets a lot more from him on a day-to-day basis. Again, this being another real post uh from someone about David. I pay attention when you get excited. You can see that P&L there.
- 3:35
425% on some Q calls based on a call from David. A real message sent to David from an inner circle member. It's a screenshot there of their P&L since joining his coaching group, which is part of as an option for people in the inner circle. This is a screenshot of my P&L this year. My net account size was 370K when I started and it's now my P&L is now around 800K. Small losses, big wins, small wins. That's all we should have. That's a big lesson that David teaches there in the room as well. A real message from an inner circle member sent to David today when the NASDAQ was down over 560 points. We haven't felt the pain. So, it's hard to know. Uh they, you know, something so important about the room is you keep them protected and focused on the right ideas when the market overall isn't so great.
- 4:25
And that's, you know, it's not always about the P&L and the wins. is also about not having big losses. >> It's about long term. >> Dude, I trust you more. Yes. Staying in the business for for the long term. Another real message from an inner circle member saying, "Dude, I trust you more than my wife." And then I want to play a few clips here from some inner circle members, real members of the room who spoke to me and gave me their testimonials, David, about the community and what they've gotten from it. this group is I don't know how people learn how to do this without working directly in like for a company that does this and and you kind of get the same thing from it or or being part of a group like this. You know, I to me the you probably what you hear is stories of people blowing their accounts up, you know, time after time during the process of learning like this. this is kind of like a cheat code. Like I was
- 5:22
able to do this and and and am gaining that experience without blowing my account up. In fact, without, you know, I'm making more money than I ever made when I was when I own my own business, you know? I mean, I I owned a construction business that did a bet that that did about $10 million a year in sales. I'm making more money than I ever made doing that. >> He does two things just better than anyone I've ever come across. and and they are one distilling the complex information or news that's out there into you know the smallest most understandable sound bite in terms of what needs to be done.
- 6:05
Um, and you know, and then two just I guess just reacts to news so well. Like there might be a headline and you know, there's just one little piece on the back end that's super important and might cause a rerating, you know, in a name. And I I would say that's another big lesson too that that I never really considered how important it was how you know a story and a narrative can rerate a stock and that that's going to you know affect how it trades for for a period of days or even weeks um or even longer. Um and he's so quick to see when when that when that catalyst or that story has changed in in that way.
- 6:49
>> All right. And that is definitely part of what we want to talk about what Paulo was talking there about at the end of that clip, the reratings and the the recognizing of new leaders. So those are the three strategies that we're going to talk about today. Number one, spotting new leaders and really sticking with them. Number two, stock reratings, noticing that and again sticking with the story. And then number three, going all in on a theme when it's worth it, when the opportunity is there, and knowing when you have to take advantage. David, before we get into these strategies, people are here to learn from you, so I want to get to that. But anything you would add about the community and the room on those testimonials? You don't have to, just you might want to add.
- 7:26
>> Sure. Um, I always like to say because I I really pride myself on the fact that it's much more I'm not familiar like I I'm not a trader by nature. I didn't work at a trading firm. I didn't like I wasn't on a bunch of chats. I was only on one for many years. But from the little bit I know about others, it's a very real community. Meaning the word community, which means people help each other, speak to each other during the day. It's not just that they commiserate. I mean, one who is successful in a certain area that someone else may be having problems with actually help each other. And sometimes you're talking to someone who ran a firm like a Bernstein or another guy who literally was uh a top guy at a software company that literally has sold several companies to public companies. There's there's a community that is way bigger
- 8:24
than me or Rick or Kira of some very successful funds, family offices, tech entrepreneurs, and they help each other. It's way beyond what I have to offer. So, I think in good and bad times, that's that's probably a big thing. It's not just about, hey, I heard David bought this or Rick bought that, and should we follow them? It's are we doing it right? Are we positioned right? I was off the desk today. Can you fill me in?
- 8:52
Um, and in some cases, I know the people's families, wives, husbands, and uh their deep friendships and with many of these people for years. So, I I'd add that. [snorts] >> Yeah, definitely. All right. So, let's get into the three strategies strategies that are working for you in the room right now. First, we're going to start with number one. There's spotting new leaders. And that's a a really key thing for you in the inner circle, especially when it comes to earning season, which we're coming right up on. You know, earning season technically started this week, but some really hot earnings are coming up next week. So, let's talk about Dell and what happened with Dell this earning season. The Dell report came out. you and Kira were really focused on it after hours and you told the room this changes the company this changes the stock everything is different uh about Fell now and it's you know role in the AI trade the AI space no longer being uh the old company uh that it was and so earnings were September 2nd
- 9:52
>> yeah just so you know this is a bit I just want to correct this a bit off we first bought Dell before it got over I'm not going to show everything, but I'm just going to show some highlights. This is the only Dell trade I'm going to trade for sure. Uh, but I know Kira was super active in the stock itself uh post earnings on September 2nd after hours because you guys are trading after hours on earnings uh based on your comments, etc. This was a long, you know, just 10% in, you know, not even a day in two and a half hours here. This is 9:30 in the morning to noon. Uh, you and Kira catch 10% on a stock. It's an option on a stock and pretty big stock. $42 to $530 and then again uh later in the month as well getting long again on a pullback uh catching another 10% on the name because to you Dell changed Dell was the leader in this space and so it was one you wanted to focus on and keep going back to and again then later in the month you
- 10:50
were adding uh what is this under 536 and hit a fi a high of 564 that day a 30 point move in one day uh so just using Dell as an example and you can talk about other stocks as well. Some others you mentioned to me CRM team um those kinds of names when it comes to spotting leaders in a space. What is it like? How do you do it? And then how do you use that knowledge to help the room stay focused where they need to be focused versus trying to spray and prey in in the whole AI trade for example? I definitely use um a lot of um information that we've been taught to use by some of the greats from the Weinstein on and a lot of it is are you in the right space? Are you in a leadership space? In other words, no one's out there uh killing it with a home builder right now. I don't care if it's cheap, what the company is, the group sucks, right? So you first look are you in the right space with large
- 11:48
TAM that you see success from a multitude of companies. Next we're super focused on earning season. Um are we seeing beat and raise quarters? Are we seeing even with um let's say high expectations are you blowing those expectations away? Are your profit margins increasing? And then what's your market cap? Like is it a company that's too big that so much is expected it's going to be hard to move or is it like a Dell that's not a trillion dollar company yet that showed tons of relative strength during the draw down in the summer so it was already giving you hints it wanted to go higher backed it up with a blowway number are you in communication with the administration and get along are you lauded by the leader of the AI parade meaning Jensen right this put you in the front seat every time he has a conference. Does he point to you Michael Dell? And then you
- 12:47
put that whole picture together and you're like, "Oh, okay. It's moved, but not nearly as much as it could." And then finally some rudimentary work like, "Oh, what's the PE?" Oh, 20 times. They're going to grow 100% this year. The S&P trades at 20 times. How the f is this here? this has got to go another 100 points higher, right? Like this makes no sense. It's trading in line with the S&P. The S&P is growing 100% this year. Um, so I'm a curator. I take that information, figure out what works, does it have enough boxes checked, and if it does, I'm going after it. Um, and that's kind of how you find a leader is find the boxes that need to be checked.
- 13:29
Leadership, earnings growth, um, price to sales, price to earnings, uh, political climate. Are they fighting with people? You know, does Trump hate the CEO and is is he making fun of him? Things like that matter. Um, and that that's how you define a leader at least in a two, three month. [snorts] >> Like I showed in those examples with Dell, it wasn't just you guys traded it post earnings the next day and then moved on and found the next big earnings winner. You were back to Dell over and over and over again. >> I mean, I bought it back after >> and even in October this month. Yeah.
- 14:01
>> I sold it 583 just the other day. I was back in like we've captured a couple hundred points in the past two months at Dellet very >> right. So when it comes to those those new leadership names how does your strategy in continuing to trade them change as that trade develops and how do you keep yourself from being like oh man I two months ago I bought this for $450 bucks now it's $550 you know things like that. How are you keeping yourself >> in these names over and over and over again? So, the first thing is I learned that that's the dumbest thing you can do is look back at where you once owned something where it was. And I used to make that mistake all the time. I once bought it at 100, now it's 300 and how can I buy it here? Well, maybe it's earnings growth is exceeded your wildest dreams and it's trading at 15 times and who cares that it used to be cheaper, right? Things like that happen. We've seen it from the Nvidas of the world and a million other companies like SanDisk
- 14:59
and Micron specifically. I don't think anyone that bought Micron at 500 is pissed off that you could have bought it at 100. I think they were still happy they bought it at 500. So, it's keeping up to date with valuations and what still makes sense especially uh in this environment. So, that helps me go back to a name. Secondly, in answering your question is where is a high risk award area, where's an average area? So like recently with Dell, um I owned it again 530s and at 583 this is an exit. I looked at I said you know yields popping, oil popping, the war never ending. I get it. It shows leadership.
- 15:41
It still looks great but in this environment they they get to the generals, right? They shoot them too. And this is absolutely a top general right now and I got to miss some upside. It's okay to get out because this is not a high riskreward area. I'm getting out. So I sold it at 583 last week. Um make a long story short, it went lower by 10 or 15, then it went higher and then today, you know, splat. Um my point is I figure out areas what is a high riskreward area, meaning in our favor, what is average?
- 16:12
What is speculative? And maybe we'll just use some short-term options. And that's how we go back to those names. And we did the same certainly with Salesforce right after earnings like Dell. I was a buyer that night, right? Um and under 450, like 440 CRM, another one we were buyers at like 230 226 and it just kept going. It's figuring out where's the high r like where where are you set up to make, you know, three or four times your potential loss on the upside and where are you speculating and, you know, maybe put a lot less money in or use calls or puts to really minimize your your uh maximum risk and and that's how we do it.
- 16:57
>> All right. All right. Another thing we heard mentioned in that testimonial video video at the beginning is reer ratings. And this is something that I had never really heard the term used much uh before coming in working with David. Uh but it's something that you talk about a lot because this happens a lot in the market and you really do understand. >> You don't get much more alpha than a rerating like any like that's that's where alpha comes from. And so just before we go through it, explain for everyone what a rerating is for you. Uh when it comes to a name, just the short >> just to make it simple for everyone.
- 17:30
It's like everyone used to look at this shape and it was a square and it was always a square and everyone agreed it was a square and then some information comes that fully tells you no, no, no, it's a circle, but everyone thinks it's a square. By the time they realize it's a circle, you could have made a fortune because you're the first one to figure out it's a circle. That's what a rerating is. And then in in more English, it's you get bonafide news, right? That tells you this is not the company everyone thought it was yesterday. So CRM, I said that gets rerated higher. That print is so powerful. It trades like a value stock at this point. It's trading at 13 or 14 times. We're talking about a company that for like a decade traded 50 times earnings on the low end, right? It was always always really a price to sales ratio. But bottom line leader in SAS that was now trading at 13 14 times because everyone decided it's gone due to AI. Now they start to show powerful
- 18:29
earnings growth guide and then their ultimate nemesis who everyone says is one of the reasons they're going to go out of business. Um Anthropic signs a deal with them. I'm like oh that changes the entire narrative. Their enemy is now their friend. there's a product I can lever and the stock at 13 or 14 times trades like a broken value name which we tend to stay away from but it's not and even if I'm wrong the perception will be it's not for the time being this is a must own and that is and this name is going to get rerated and that's a classic rerating story >> and that's CRM right you're talking about CRM yeah all right I want to talk >> Atlassian was the same thing Right. I like >> blow away quarter. CEO is buying stock.
- 19:16
And by the way, he's not buying stock before the print. He told you he's buying stock after the print. It's up 30 or 40% after the numbers. And he's going out and buying I think I think it was $500 million worth of stock. I don't want to make a number up. It was it was a one of the larger insider buys we've seen all year. I said that stock gets rerated. It's trading like a broken software name. So, uh, and I remember when we were buying it, it kept going higher and higher and people on Twitter are like, "This is absurd. It's going to go back down. They're going out of business. AI blah blah blah team is like up 400% from Lowe's or something." So, >> all right. My example for today is Meta.
- 19:55
>> Meta had a huge rerating uh recently and it's it's a completely different story now. uh you know uh so back in July this is just to show show some some historical prices you and Kira were buying Meta in the mid600s you were buying it earlier than that earlier in the summer in the lower 600 etc but I'm just giving some examples here 656 to 684 28 points uh in a in a two-day time span on Meta all right so in the in July it was it was a it was a stock worth trading but it was a stock worth trading both ways Meta was being shorted by Kira and Rick after earnings back in July at the end of July. Uh, you know, caught a 20 point short here post earnings. So, you know, it wasn't the story that it is now. And then Meta announces its Muse AI agent uh that can get it done for you.
- 20:48
According to Zuckerberg, Meta could or Meta's Muse could do anything and everything for you. And you said to the room, "This changes the the whole story. This changes the entire narrative for this stock." Um, you had bought calls. So, this announcement was on September 8th. You bought calls after the announcement. Um, and you trimmed them a little bit. The next morning, they were up $159% post announcement. $8.50 to $22 overnight on those calls. And you were also long. You you've done a lot in MET 2, MEU, which is the ultra on Meta. It's the 2X ultra, right?
- 21:27
>> On the stock or is it the 3X? It's the 2X Ultra. So just to catch a little bit more because when you're trading a $700 stock to catch a move is hard. >> So people know I also own Meta too but what we try and is knowing that not everyone's a seven figure account and not can just go out and buy a thousand shares of Meta. How can more people in a conviction idea? So we'll we'll use an ultra or an option etc. >> For sure to give all the accounts in the room an option to be able to participate. And when it works man the ultra can work. And so, you know, a 13% move on the the stock on Meta is a 26% move in the Ultra. That works out nicely. Then the Meta Connect conference came in late September 23rd through 24th. And we got more details from Zuckerberg on what Muse >> I remember what happened here when you're ready because I can tell >> and not just what Muse was, but also what all the different ways they were going to use Muse with wearable AI and all of these things in their name. Meta
- 22:24
and then uh so you bought METU again. Can I can I walk through this because I think it's a okay >> there's also calls that from this week as well. So but Meta has become a focus but yeah talk about what happened after connect because it was >> well exactly going into connect. So what I like is since I'm not a kid and I've been around 8 million conferences I know expectations get high you often see a selloff. So, I actually pointed to >> the conference being the opportunity >> to probably buy the stock, not the good news, but the downdraft that might ensue and if not not because we're very light meta or flat, I can't remember. Sure enough, >> classic sell the news. Right.
- 23:01
>> Right. There was the classic sell the news that I said things are great here. Like this is the beginning of a much bigger move. We're going to buy it. And that I I just like to say we really plan around events. It's not just about earnings, you know, what's a catalyst for a potential selloff, not just a move higher. And on that, that conference for us wasn't about hype and oh my god, it's going to go higher. It's we'll probably sell off and offer us an opportunity to buy. I just wanted to mention them. [snorts] >> Yeah. And so that conference with the started on the 23rd, and you're right, the stock went down uh throughout the day on the 23rd. And by the 24th, the morning of the 24th, you can see you were buying 6:52 a.m. pre-market. you said, "This is enough for me. It's a good pullback. I'm going to get long here again." And you did. And by an hour after the open, you were trimming up 10% uh on the METU. You've done a lot with Meta since then. But it's still been a focus. You were along these calls over the weekend. So, you bought them last
- 23:59
Friday. You got out of them this Monday morning. You bought them at eight under $9, $8.99. And um they hit a high of basically $16 Monday morning later in the morning. And you can see the screenshots from the chat there. Great focus on Meta DP. Thank you for meta. Amazing positioning for the room. So again to you the entire story had changed around Meta and the AI space and it became the AI leading trade. Um and you made that very clear to the room that this is where we need to continue to focus. Um sees on meta. The NBIS comment is because we had puts or and short. [laughter] >> Yeah, they were short NB like, "Well, they were long NBS." I'm like, "No, we were short."
- 24:40
>> No, no, no. They were short NBIS via puts and long meta uh via calls. So, both sides of the market in one day. >> Meta is without a doubt another rerating story, right? like no one really had any faith that all this money that was being spent would add up to something that had any meat on the bone that you could point to that people were using and next thing you know everyone was talking about what they were doing with Muse and how it was actually affecting their life dayto day and that changed everything.
- 25:12
>> All right. Um and there's a lot to come up with Meta. Next week is earnings and that's going to be um you know I I'll get into that in a bit on on what's coming but just preview there meta earnings are coming up and you can bet the inner circle and David will be focused there. All right, the next strategy I want to talk about, strategy three, is going allin on a theme and taking risk when it matters the most. Because I think that is the biggest thing that you hammer home for the inner circle is, hey guys, we swing the bat and we swing the bat hard on the ideas that can make us the most money. And you have said over and over to me and over and over to members of the room, you can make your week, your month, your year, your career in one trade here, if you swing your bat and you size correctly on the opportunities that matter.
- 25:58
>> It's just I always say though, it's not a matter of someone uh going too big. It's it's more, hey, skip the average and wait for that pitch. So many people get so caught up with always being busy and losing so much. By the time the big pitch comes, they're so nervous or they're so broke or they're so gunshy, they don't swing. So for me, it's like, hey, you didn't try and catch the first 200 points down in Micron, >> it's down another hundred. The riskreward sets up great, etc., etc. All is all the boxes are being checked.
- 26:33
Swing that bet. I I'm just a big believer in >> and you make it really clear to the room when an when an idea is a big idea and this is the spot. You don't shy away from telling people uh when it is the time to swing the bat. And so we're going to go through some examples here on some just really big trades for you and the inner circle that really show risk when it matters the most can really pay off. So we'll start off with SMCI. This is an iconic trade for the inner circle back in January of 2024. If everyone can remember, [laughter] >> I know, but if everyone can remember, uh, back then the company pre-reported earnings. Pre-reported.
- 27:13
Yeah. Pre-reported earnings. Then they were good. It was great. And so, uh, they you told the inner circle that morning this could get to $400. I think it was trading about 340 pre-market when you made those comments. And I think you and I were on a live stream even that morning. And you know, you said this could get to this could get there 400, whatever. Well, it hit 400 about um an hour after the close that hour after the open that morning. Your target. It was quick. 340 to 400. And so, you've called that move. You weren't maybe expecting it to happen in an hour, but you knew a big move was coming and you were prepared and you have the inner circle focus there. But it wasn't just that that because you focus on so much of the story and the fundamentals and but also the >> that was a rerating. It was trading at 13 14 times in the beginning and everyone's like, "Wait, this is an amazing growth story, >> right?" But you noticed the RSI a month later, >> you're going down. Yeah.
- 28:11
>> Yeah. So, a month later after everyone had piled into SMCI, piled in, piled in, piled in because, hey, it was a rerating and it was a growth story. You said, "Guys, this stock is trading at a 97 RSI. This cannot keep going higher. We have to be short." And so you and the inner circle bought puts that went, you know, this chart shows $6 to $40 in a day. But wow, >> they went from 1200%.
- 28:39
One of these comments, 75 cents to $10 on their puts, you know, depending what strike people bought. So some members made over,200% on their puts. I mean, it was a life-changing day for the inner circle. And I want to play this clip from uh one of our testimonials before I get your insight on the SMCI trade and you know playing it in both sides. >> SMCI in both directions. That was the first time I heard David talk about a stock being rerated. Um and he said something to the effect of have enough and he repeated [snorts] a bunch of times. And so like I remember that was the first time I I I got bigger than I would have, you know, otherwise gotten.
- 29:21
And you know, then it went straight up and then we got out of it and then it got, you know, really insane. It went 97 RSI or whatever. And then that day that we all shorted and bought a ton of a ton of puts, I remember that was the most I'd ever made in a single day by multiples. I mean by I don't know 5x it was like it was like what I had made in a year a couple of years before and it was just like mindblowing. And then not only as have I had days like that since but I've had bigger days than that since. Um and it comes down to just understanding when the idea is big enough. um that that you know there's reasons to swing the bat much much harder in certain situations and that can like you said it completely makes your your month or your year year.
- 30:18
All right, David. So, I want you to expand on that a little bit more. Understanding when it's a best it's when it's a good enough idea to swing your bat really really hard and how that strategy and that type of focus on your best ideas and maybe ignoring some of the the smaller stuff can really change a trader's life. Okay, first off, for the new people that are watching that are like maybe smaller accounts that I'm never going to be aren't going to be on, I'm going to tell you I only learned this by losing so much money [laughter] by doing like the dumbest things and averaging down and here there there is a very simple formula for guys who've been around and ladies who've been around and it's really as simple as when the you know what hits the fan and everything's breaking down, when it is time to buy, what are you buying? Are you buying some rinky dink $3 billion company with no earnings power in a story that won't do revenue till 2029? Are you actually buying a stock that has some sort of
- 31:17
valuation floor? Meaning it's that cheap and the revenue is that. So the first thing is we're looking like hey we need liquidity. We know the stocks to focus on. What's going to bounce first? And I always say that's all I care about. I'm like, your story stock, it's cute and when the market calms down, it can go up a 100%. But no one cares, right? Guys like me and guys way bigger than me are selling your story stock to create liquidity to buy more Micron or Sandis or whatever stock that is. So um first of understanding where is your focus because I always say during pullback so many people are like I want to buy this and I want to buy that and I want to buy this and I'm like they're all in the same tunnel. It's like a vortex, right?
- 32:01
And when you're at your most feverous pitch and everything's breaking down, they're all trading together. So, if you're buying five different stocks, you're wasting your liquidity and time because you just should buy the leader, buy enough to matter, and worry about the others because most of them that aren't leaders will still be there. So, it took me a lot of time, really painful time, you know, decades ago to understand that. And now, now we know. So during so many of the craziest drawdowns whether it was 2020 or whether it's tariffs or whether it was even this summer um or you know any major draw down that that's where we thrive like where do you focus what's going to bounce first what actually has a bottom right I've been telling people because there's so many stocks stocks that companies I've backed where people are like should we buy some more I'm like no one cares about Swarmer today they're trying to figure out if Micron's going down another hundred or they'll say like
- 33:00
Q&T a stock we've done great with that's a well-known spin-off of Honeywell should we buy more for the past 10 points I'm like well not more should we buy some I don't know like no one cares it's under10 billion it's really understanding the dynamics of how managers work people that move markets and when where you focus based on the climate did that answer the question because I think I lost >> yes yeah you're good I want to go through another example of you guys swinging the bat when it really mattered and staying focused on a leader and that was uh you know the black Monday uh for for the yen uh the yen carry trade unwind started in August of 2024 August 5th. It was a Monday. It was a Monday morning and the market was panicking because the Bank of Japan hiked rates and the yen price spiked against the dollar and you recognized to the room what was happening and you really calmly explained it to everyone and kept everyone focused. You said guys we need
- 33:58
to buy the best inbreed names on this pull on this draw down because they're going to bounce. They're going to bounce. >> Nothing to do with the fundamentals of Nvidia, right? They were >> it was just at the time, you know, Nvidia's changed a bit since 2024, but at the time Nvidia was the bread and butter leading tech stock at the time and that was best in breed names and so you kept everyone focused there and as you can see a 12% move here in a 30 minute time span. It's not like no 12% move in a day. You caught 12% on Nvidia in 30 minutes. And this these comments from the room that morning saying, "Calm, perfect guidance this morning. Fantastic morning. Caught Nvidia. Micro Strategy now flat. Great morning early birds.
- 34:40
Thanks for the guidance. Awesome morning. Green morning." Wow. A lot of people were down a ton of money. People in the inner chat were posting that they had a green morning. Thank you. Great focus on TQQ and Nvidia this morning. Uh, etc. So when it comes to moments of panic in the market for a lot of traders, you're really great at keeping the room focused on guys, don't panic. This is okay. This is where we need to focus and we can actually this can actually be a huge opportunity for us.
- 35:09
>> Often made, you know, I hate to say it because I know it's nice when everything's trending and you're a great bull market, but very often you're not. So, it's during those panicky moments, one where people make the worst mistakes of their lives, you know, selling everything at the bottom and then very often not recognizing it's pure panic and it's time to buy. So, after messing another one where I probably messed up 18,000 times, I learned that's where like my antennas up for is there opportunity here while everyone's freaking out. Um, and by the way, it's not to over abuse an opportunity uh a perceived opportunity, meaning every time the market's down, I don't say, "Hey, it's time to buy." It's really recognizing panic and fear when it's overdone and when it's frankly just started. So, um just trial and error a lot of years at this. Um so, everyone has a different kind of um forte so to speak and mine is when volatility ensues, bring it on. Like I love >> All right. Now, I want to talk about
- 36:07
this summer with South Korea, the chip makers, and all of the panic that ensued there. Uh, so in July, the South Korean markets were getting hit hard and you had told the inner circle before you got off for that day. Hey guys, I'm gonna be focused on South Korea tonight. I could probably be trading all night. And one great thing about T3 is we have an app and I remember getting these notifications on the app. What is David doing right now? Why is he trading? But as you can see these buys that added co- route is at 11:18 p.m. Eastern time. Um so your time what 10 and then the you know when you were trimming it was 1:00 a.m. Eastern and then the next morning you know you get down to a trailer etc.
- 36:51
This is just another example of knowing when an opportunity might be worth you not sleeping that night uh because of what could happen. And you know that continued to happen and micro was a huge opportunity for you guys post that the freakout because as the semis got hit hard because of all of the news coming out of South Korea. You saw a buying opportunity in Micron. Now, pre this chart, the night before, you were up trading micron at 3:00 a.m. in the morning, and you were taking profits and stuff throughout the night, and then the next morning, you were back in it. You didn't let that draw down at the morning say, I I'm out. I'm not going to buy this. To you, the draw down in the morning was this is an opportunity because this name is going to bounce and it's going to bounce big. And you can see $810 to over $900 within just about three hours here on this chart. And so you're just, you know, showing again your ability to recognize, guys, this is an opportunity.
- 37:49
Let's swing our bat hard and let's stay up all night because the opportunity is worth it. The opportunity >> make me sound nuts, but okay. >> And you did it again with Cobra this week. You know, you were focused on the South Korean market again this week as well. Um, and this is a real chat uh a real screenshot rather from the chat on that micron shape micron trade. DP is so good at buying ugly. Sick day. Insane focus and guidance. Amazing guidance this week. I see as the best. I'm truly grateful for everything I've received from each of you. I've learned so much and I'm really looking forward to the year ahead. So, um, this is just this is my final example of, you know, the taking the opportunities when they come to you and really swinging the bat. So, anything you want to add on on that and how you guys use it? And yeah, >> I really think it's quality over quantity, especially when climates dictate that. And when you have yields rising daily as they are in a war that
- 38:46
seems endless like that's just ongoing and oil making new highs, >> it's not so easy. And when you see the average stock in a bare market, even though the indices don't show it, you really have to pick and choose. So when those opportunities come to me, I'd rather do less, have less frustration and swing the bat when they come. So that's why like even Koru early in the week, I don't remember what night. Um, but we bought it like 13 to 1340, 1350 and yesterday, I don't know, it was 1470 or something and I got flat. The point is those moments come. I'd rather do that than try and figure out the exact bottom of the market when I don't believe we're near a bottom, right? Um, so I always kind of preach again because I've done it. Let's not have 8,000 cuts and scabs trying to figure out where this bottom is or that bottom is. Let's be willing to miss a trade. So when the high conviction idea comes, we could swing the bet, right? Not everyone's going to be the same size. Like even
- 39:46
Koru this week, I was like, I like it, but I don't like it a lot till it's 13. I'm going to bet. Turns out it went to 13. I bought more while I was asleep, and then it went back to 14. But my point is I don't want to overtrade and I used to like but let's just pick out a number. So let's say you used to trade like I don't know 20 years ago, right? So, it's like under a million bucks and like I'm just throwing around money and um I think I'm near my highs of the year and I'm trying to catch an ugly market and I lose a grand here and five grand there and 10 grand there and let's say like over a period of a couple months all of a sudden I've lost like I don't know 100 150 grand, right? And now it's time to swing the bat. You never buy enough, right? and you're just looking to get flat of all those like I never got killed on anything but I just had so many cuts and I'm saying this out loud because I'm sure there are people on this going through that right now that it's like oh my god just to get back to
- 40:46
even I have to do so much work so I've done it all every dumb mistake so I don't believe in 8,000 cuts or keeping myself busy I got a couple kids wife horses and tons of stuff to keep and chat and my fund and a million things to keep me busy I don't need to overtrade to do it. So, I'm a big believer if the opportunity is overnight in Koro, I'll take that, not the five harder trades during the day because um you know, death by a thousand cuts is very real.
- 41:15
And I try and teach everyone to avoid it because I've done it already. So, [laughter] they don't need to do it. It sucks. [clears throat] >> And you are really good at keeping the room focused on those best and breed ideas, especially like in this market. You have said over and over and over again, guys, people are getting killed. There are stocks and sectors that are in complete bare markets. But hey, these stocks are working. ATA is working. Micron was working. AMD was working. So, you've kept everyone focused on the five or seven names that you've been trading that are working. Your watch list has gotten much smaller. when I ask you for ideas in the morning uh for epic trades, you you come at me with about the same four or five names that you're looking at and the levels you're looking at because that's where you're focused and that's what's been working. You keep uh this is a great comment from someone saying uh you keep traders Oh, nope.
- 42:08
That's not the one I wanted. There's somebody coming. You keep traders out of harm's way. Uh and that's been really important especially in this market that's been chopping up a lot of traders. All right. So, what's how can people apply these strategies from here? There is a lot of catalyst coming up after our timing here is pretty good. Earning season just started and uh earning season gets real hot over the next 3 to four weeks. So that's coming up October 28th. We're getting another Fed decision. We got a hot CPI this morning. Um there's a lot of pressure on the Fed right now. And so that that decision being in focus for sure on October 28th. And then I mean it is a special year. It is an election year. So there are the midterms coming up in November, November 3rd as well. Um, so a lot of catalyst coming up for this market and places that these strategies can be applied. Um, so >> I just want to say earnings season for us is huge, right? We're very active after hours. Not because we're cowboys, because I have an edge after hours. I can read a print and really understand
- 43:07
what's needed, what's not, whether we should be short or long. Um, so like if there's one thing we thrive at, it's earning season. >> All right. And just for everyone in the comments, uh, I have been starring your questions and we will get to them. There's a Q&A section here later. And so, uh, we'll get to them in a bit. So, everyone keep as they come up while we're talking here, definitely put your questions in the chat and I'll get to them. All right. So, I want to go over how anyone here watching us could join the inner circle. An application is normally required to join this group, but we are waving it for attendees of this event, but that comes with some some special things for you to consider.
- 43:42
Uh, and we'll get we'll get to that. So what you get inside the inner circle, it is a live trading room with stock and options ideas. Not just stock, not just options. David and his team are trading both. And there are a lot of members in the room who use options in particular to be able to trade some of the some of the trades that David is doing uh with stock. And there are a lot of people, it's not just about David and Kira and Rick. It's about the community because there are people in there that you can really learn from um as well. And then you'll get some longer term ideas like trades trades in Amazon immunome sour some of those ideas we've talked about real time oh wait I'm I'm sorry I'm one too access to David Prince Kier Barn Rick March and then short-term plays as well and names like Dell NBIS SanDisk etc some of those names we've discussed today real-time analysis of earnings Fed decisions economic data etc like David mentioned earning season is huge for the room they are super focused on trading you're not just trying to trade it the
- 44:42
next day you are active on the mic in the room at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time, 4:31, and you are calling out, hey, this is what matters for this name, etc. You're super active during that. And then again, as I mentioned, access to a community of some of the smartest traders you'll ever meet. So, as David has said and as I've said here, it's not just about him and Kira and Rick, the community is full of really, really smart people and really great traders who you can learn a lot from as well. Um, so this is what people tell us that they love about the inner circle. there.
- 45:11
It's a focus on A+ ideas with the right riskreward, focus on smart money management. Uh that's really important. David prevents traders from making mistakes and we've talked about that here. And the team is crystal clear about their ideas and opinions. It's super clear how when they're buying something and selling something. They it can't this is our for for someone who works for T3, this is the room where it is the clearest what they are doing uh when it comes to trades. And of course, there is some fun that's had in the room as well. We laugh, we learn, we earn together. So, who joins this room? Well, uh here here's a list of some of the people that are in the room. There's prot traders there, hedge fund managers, family office heads, corporate executives, professional poker players, entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, uh which David is himself, uh medical doctors, attorneys, and more. Um so, people from all different walks of life, but who are focused on trading and trading very seriously. inner circle is not for beginners, sub $100,000
- 46:10
accounts, or any cowboys looking to gamble. This is really a room focused on smart money management um and some of the strategies we've discussed here today and let's go back to our uh his name is Paulo. Let's go back to him and he can tell us a little more as someone who's in the room about who this is for and who it's not for. It's definitely a a place for people that are serious about the business that uh it's for people that um you know want uh you know really good ideas and setups but that are also uh big boys and girls and know uh enough about what they're doing um that there's not a lot of wasted time. there's that there's information about what's, you know, what to trade, how to trade it, um when to be out of when you're if you're wrong. Um all right. So, there we go. It is it is
- 47:11
for people who are serious about making money. If you join with our special offer here today, we do have a few question a few requests of you. Um, my advice to everyone is to go in the room and really observe. Not just for a few days, but for like a week or two. Sit back and just really get to know the ecosystem and the environment. Pick out who in the chat is posting really good information that you want to star and you want to get notifications that they posted because you can do that. Um, so sit back, stay quiet, and just really take in the ideas and the information because it is a lot of information and you want to make sure you're using that to the best of your ability, but also that you're not flooding the chat with information that's already out there.
- 47:51
So, you want to make sure that you are figuring out how it works in there before you start chatting. Focus for sure on ideas uh when you are chatting. Avoid any random chatter. Don't ask simple questions that you can Google. This is not remember not a room for beginners. So, we don't want to be asking what is a call, what is a put, things like that. If you don't know that, you're not meant to be here. Um, be friendly, of course. And, um, these rules just keep our ecosystem productive and efficient because, again, a room focused on smart money management and making making money. And so, that's what everyone wants to be doing there. This offer is limited to 25 people because we want to be the best, not the biggest.
- 48:29
But, I do have to tell everyone, we only have 21 spots left. Amber's already sold four of these spots. So really only 21 of you here on our our uh our webinar here are able to buy us. So that should be a 21. So 21 people. Inner Circle is $7,000 per year and ever discounted. But you can start today with your first month for $800. That's 30 days of ideas from the team plus full community access. As a bonus for buying today, you can get one year of Epic Trades, which is David's alerts newsletter for his top options ideas, and that'll be included today. It's a $1,497 bonus. Quickly, let's talk a little bit about how you use options, David, because although you do trade a lot of stock, you do trade options uh to add some alpha to those trades. So, we'll just go through through some examples from Kira, Rick, you as well. uh micron calls for Kira went from $27 to $45 in
- 49:28
30 minutes or in an hour on July 17th. So remember that July 17th Micron trade, Kira added Alpha with options. And so Kira and Rick Kira and David rather were both trading stock, but Kira was also trading options that morning for a 67% win in an hour. Microsoft calls you took these home. No, no. You bought these lottos. So, this was a Friday, the 30. Yeah, this was a Friday. You bought them in the morning off the open, a bit after the open and 360% in 30 minutes, less than 30 minutes on these calls because I don't remember what the catalyst was on Microsoft, but you saw the opportunity and said, you know, instead of buying stock, I can buy calls. Instead of buying $500 some stock, I could buy calls and make a lot more money in a shorter amount of time.
- 50:15
knowing the opportunity uh and what works best for the opportunity. Nvidia calls at the beginning of this month. [sighs] No. Yeah. October 2nd, but I you were buying these for earnings. That's what you're doing. But for the premove into earnings and um 100% on calls in a few days, n September 30th to October 2nd. You didn't hold them into earnings >> post earnings, but I don't remember. But yeah. whatever it was the way to position >> but right you did you you you know you saw the opportunity that calls were the right move for this and then uh Rick's Dell calls so he bought Dell calls after earnings those that's those September earnings where you said this is a completely new stock and they went for 338%.
- 51:03
In just a few hours there you go and this was an Epic Trades win. So remember, everyone can get Epic Trades for included with their $800 package today. 190% winner on GLD calls in August. Um last the last 10 of 15 Epic Trades ideas were winners. And so um the point of Epic Trades is consistent wins. You're not always going for the biggest, you know, they're not all 190% winners, but your goal is to have consistent wins. And there's actually >> we have bigger ideas to be fair. We have much bigger alpha trades, you know, on on the chat. I'm always I hate to say it, but I like to be right in the newsletter.
- 51:43
>> We can be less quick the way we share ideas. So, frankly, it's just consistent, right? Um, but I'm looking 20 30%. I'm fine where um I don't know, I have an option idea up 30 to 50%. We all do every few days on the chat, but it's fast, right? It's much quicker. >> Yeah. All right. And then as the second bonus with your purchase here today, you get recorded coaching sessions with Rick March. And so Rick is the he's the big chart guy in the room. So you can learn how he finds his Fibonacci levels on his charts, see how he does his charts, and learn his four pillars to make that make a great trader. Those were coaching sessions for Epic Trades. And with your purchase here today, you get the recordings of those. So let's add it up.
- 52:25
A month of Inner Circle is $800. Your year of Epic Trades is about $1,500. gives you a total value of about $2,300 and you can start today for just $800. That's 65% off. Again, limited to just 25 people. You can go to t3live.com/circle to take advantage of that offer here today. Um, again, it's down to 21 people because we've already sold four of these. Once we hit 25 new members, offer turns itself off. So, if you want to be first in line, go to t3live.com/circle.
- 52:56
Again, why now? We went through some of these catalysts, but I mean, there's a lot coming up. We got a hot CPI today, but there's more inflation data coming tomorrow with the PPI. And so David in the room will definitely be reacting to the market moves off of that. Next week is a huge earnings week. Meta, Netflix, Tesla, IBM being some of the highlights, but there's definitely more. Meta though being huge, huge for the market next week. The week after that, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Intel, SanDisk earnings. Then the Fed decision is on October 28th. [snorts] Then Palunteer earnings, Apple earnings, SpaceX, AMD, and more. and then election day. David, I want to get your thoughts on meta because meta earnings are coming up next week and I know you're going to be focused there. Uh so when it comes to that kind of opportunity, people that buy here today will be with you for the for the meta earnings report. So give me your thoughts ahead of that report and how big of an opportunity it could be.
- 53:47
>> Sure. Uh people that follow me on the chat know so much of a uh earnings report and how the stock responds is where the stock is pre the print, right? And we just saw that with Micron uh great earnings report but limited upside and now it's turned over. So I always counsel people let let's take a look at the stock itself pre the print and where it is. And what I've basically said is low 700s are lower. I'm pretty bullish into the print closer to 800 pressureures on we're right near all-time highs and he's still spending and there's a lot of potential that he's going to raise capital. So um I think advertising is holding up. Obviously Muse good read through but in terms of the print here I'm like eh right lower 700s or below I really see a bullish setup um and then thereafter it's going to be so much about the spend right and how to quantify that spend we're finally getting him to quantify it via the success of Muse but giving us some
- 54:47
numbers around it and when there'll be revenue from it and uh moreover you know when he foresees a slowdown in spend And so, um, what I what I like to do is tell people, listen, I don't care where we make money from, as long as it's legal. And if it comes from Meta, that's great. But Meta's already paid us huge, right? Uh, for the last four weeks. So, if it sets up into the print, fantastic. If numbers blow away expectations, if there's some revenue guidance in terms of Muse itself, right, how to quantify what's going to come from it. Um, then all of a sudden, okay, we can rerate even higher, closer to a,000. It's not an expensive stock trading 2122 times, but so much will depend on the guide, on the spend, on details on Muse, and specifically Watermelon, their new release. So, uh, here it's fine. Uh, I'm bullish, but I don't think it's like a
- 55:45
huge must own in terms of buying calls. I'll I'll own the stock, I'm sure, because I'm up so much in it. But in terms of buying calls, I want to see low 700s or below to play that print. But I expect good things. I expect a great call. They've already given you some hints. They care. Here's what I mean. We're used to a Zuckerberg who kind of ignores the street and what they want and does what he wants till there's like a pain threshold that it can't do anymore right under 100 he did that in a way we just saw it and it's not just the success of Muse it's the fact that he tweets as much as any CEO now right um and I'm not used to X so I'll call it Twitter and say he tweets and the head of technology I mean the guy who's behind all of this what's his name Joe, I can't remember his name right now, but he's out there front and center tweeting every day. So, my point is these guys are more active and shareholder friendly than we've seen in so long. So, I I
- 56:44
expect good things out of them, but price does matter. Closer to 800, less upside, especially for calls, which will have a a lot of IV into the print. >> All right. Uh we are down to 20 spots. I want to thank Dan for buying here today on our offer. Again, that's t3.com/circle to take advantage of that. Today, uh I wanted to show this uh comment from the room. When opportunity comes, you need to be present. Uh there, like I showed, there's a lot of possible opportunity coming with earning season happening, the Fed decision, election day, etc. And so, you can be present in the room for all of that opportunity for $800 today.
- 57:23
t3.com/circle. Um, another comment from the chat saying, "I can't stress enough how awesome you have been at protecting us." That was from I think this was from this morning. Yeah, it was from this morning. And so again, the the market got hit hard today and people inside the inner circle didn't feel it because David has kept them focused on the right right stuff has kept them out of the wrong trades and and kept them protected as you see here. And let's to go back to another to Jeremy here to tell us more about why the membership is more than worth it.
- 58:00
>> The reality is that the cost of the membership I mean like I just renewed for my second year and that Apple uh I'm sorry it was a gold trade on Friday when I renewed last Friday. Uh David shorted gold and I made the cost of the yearly membership in I think 10 minutes. So I mean [clears throat] again it's and I I don't get me wrong like I'm not I don't mean to say that like in a manner that like comes across as is like um gloating. I'm just like this is a really valuable membership. Like the membership fee has clearly more than paid for itself. So there's a sense of community and and there's a a social aspect to it that like I is really important to me and and I appreciate and look forward to.
- 58:55
There's a whole another world of this where like people will help you outside of you know trading hours which again is super important to me and that I appreciate. David and Kira and Rick clearly care about the people that are that they're that they're working with. Again, there's a there's a wealth of like experience and knowledge that to me is is pretty invaluable. And it's not just David and, you know, Kira and Rick. I mean, there's there's, you know, several other people in the room that that clearly could do this on their own if they wanted to. And they're in the room for the same reason I am, for like the the community and the the social aspect and the camaraderie and stuff like that.
- 59:40
>> All right. And so, uh, Amber posted in the comments for everyone, if you're interested, you can ask how you can save $3,400 with her by starting with the one-year membership. You can email her, ambert3live.com. Call or text her at that number or she has a link there. You can live chat with her. You can click that link and just live chat with her about that uh, right away. Uh, so everyone, pop your questions in the chat. If you have questions about the room, I I I've saved some and uh, you know, about David, how he does his trading. Some more comments from people here in the in the event.
- 1:00:12
David and his team are just the best in the business. Love them. Uh Valerie is saying, "I love that about David. Real life facts carry more weight than technical indicators. So many traders do really trade on just charts." And that is not uh what David does at all. Um Fuzzi saying, "Not only DP is a great trader, but he actually cares about every individual in the room." and he does sometimes we here at C3 think he cares a little too much and it can impact him but he really does care about the people in the room. Victor saying I can attest David is tops in this type of draw down environment. Um so he's really kept them again protected and focused.
- 1:00:53
Um so one question from YouTube somebody asking what platforms David do you use for news fundamentals and technicals? Uh, Bloomberg, Fly on the Wall, um, uh, Trade the News, Light Speed, uh, Schwab, E Trade, all of them, >> right? What What are you trading on every day? You're on Light Speed, right? >> Usually light speeded by 80% of the time. >> And that was another question people asked. What broker do you use to be able to trade all night? So, how are you how are you doing overnight trading? There's a few of us at different interactive brokers I don't use, but it's probably the best. Um, Lightseed now has blue whatever it is. Blue Fin, I forget the name of it, but where you're able to trade overnight. Um, and Thinker Swim I'll I'll often use as well.
- 1:01:45
>> And Darren asking, do you also trade other exchanges outside the US? I >> Kuru being a good example. You use the ETFs that might react to the other exchanges outside of the US. like I'll buy Chinese equities or ETFs or Korean, but if you're asking like do I do a lot of investing in say Germany or India like some long-term money I'll buy an index or something but are we regularly active in them? Absolutely not. I'm a real big believer that there's enough alpha in what I'm really good at. And I follow a lot of sectors. Like I know a lot of guys are just trading Micron and SanDisk and Dell over and over. But like I know oil, I know cannabis, I know retail, I know software, I know semis.
- 1:02:31
Um it goes on and on including steel stocks and stocks you've never heard of. So my point is I got enough alpha with what I follow. I don't really have to use other markets. Um >> yeah. So, I stay with what we're really good at. >> Brian [clears throat] asking, "Can you do basically, do you need a profit?" No, definitely not. >> Brian, most there's a million hedge funds that would never keep a their funds with T3. It's a prop firm. So, uh yeah, 90% of the people don't have T3 accounts. A lot of prop big prop traders that do, but yeah. No, I mean, family offices aren't moving all their money over to T3 to be on our chat. Mhm.
- 1:03:12
>> I'm sure they love that. [laughter] >> They would. Yeah, for sure. Um I'm looking through uh some of the comments here just to to have some more questions because there's just a lot of them. But um I just want to just go through our offer here again. Just add up the total. $800 for a month of Inner Circle. About $1,500 for a year of Epic Trades. is a $2,300 value. And again, you can start today for just $800. That's limited to 25 people, 65% off. t3live.com/circle and we're down to 20 of these. Um, so one question is, how many how many trades per day would you say happen in the room if you were, you know, [snorts] gonna maybe >> in general?
- 1:04:04
>> How many ideas on average are you sharing with the room? Uh, some days 20, some days zero. I'm >> It depends on the >> I I literally think that's an idiotic way to trade. I'm not saying you are or whoever asked it, but for me it's like >> if they're ser serving Nou, I'm I'm eating, right? But if it's Chili's or like I don't know or one of those dinky restaurants, Olive Garden, like I'm not excited to eat, so I eat less. Um, so it's really about the environment and what's being offered, right? Like today, we did things, right? Right. I shorted the cues. I made five bucks. I bought some MBIS calls after it got killed. But I didn't do a ton because I didn't see a lot to do. But I saw enough that we could create some alpha um that that it worked. But I'm not a big believer in um just figuring out your averages. I'm also not a big believer that every idea you should put 2% of your portfolio in
- 1:05:02
or 1%. I'm a big believer that based on the climate and the size of the opportunity, that's how real money is made, right? Um whether it be Buffett, Aman, Ter, you go down the list, none of them made money by being like, I'm putting 2% and everything and so on. There's times to step up where the opportunity is bigger and we trade more and more actively and times not. That's that's really the >> Yeah. Um, this is a good comment to talk about how some people use the room and the morning call because I haven't talked about the morning call, but Ron says he's concerned that he can't be in the room all market hours, missing buys or buying, but having to leave and missing David's recommendation when opportune time is to sell. David does a morning call every single day and in that call he very clearly lays out his top ideas for the day, the levels that he's focused on, etc. And over and over again people will comment in the chat like listen to the morning call is when somebody asks you know some questions answered >> answer when it's your blueprint for the day and there are a lot of people who are doctors and they're working doctors
- 1:06:02
in their in the room. So yeah talk about how people that you know are able to use the room even if they're not at their desk all day. >> So I got buddies on the chat that are literally brain surgeons, dentists, radiologists, you name it. And I and then they're software executives that aren't in front. But the point is they do fine. Sometimes they do better because they don't overtrade. But here's how they do it. Um we're a community. So they communicate. Like some of them are my friends. Hey, you know, I'm not on the shot all day. Is there a level you love this where I can put in a buy? And by the way, it's not a day trade. Like I don't have to be around to sell, right?
- 1:06:37
Oh, I saw you did that option. They'll send me a private message. Uh is it too late to buy it? And is it like a, you know, like a lotto that you're going to be out of in five minutes because I'm not going to be around. So, a lot of it is it works. Like I I know guys who have killed it, right? Made multiple hundreds of percent. But only because they're very organized and listen. And then I know other people are like, "Oh, I saw they bought that two hours ago. I'll buy it, too." But it's like 5% higher.
- 1:07:06
That's idiotic and that doesn't work. Um, so if you are organized and serious about your time and planning, it absolutely works. Sometimes better because you'll hold something longer, maybe not [clears throat] trim it when I have, but um, we plan out where are we wrong. Like I I have no problem taking a loss, right? I I used to be that guy, right? And ride things down. I'm not any longer, thank God, for many years. So, um, we know where our outs are early on. So, there's a lot of planning. my best trades, my biggest trades, like that stuff where you saw with SMCI, that was a plan over a couple of weeks, right?
- 1:07:41
Dell was a plan, uh, CRM was a plan. Koru has been a plan. So, um, point is you have the a lot of the answers as to where something's viable, shortable, where I'd cover, where I'm wrong way before we do the trade. So, it doesn't matter if you're here or not. >> Yeah, definitely. And again, >> as long as you hear the plan in advance. >> Yes. t3live.comcircle to take advantage here today. David, um, [snorts] so here I'll pull you and me up. If everyone can see behind, look behind David and you see his screen. His screen setups are very, um, >> are very individual. You a very unique screen setup and it helps you see a very clear picture of the market and what's happening with the market. And that's because David operates with watch list on his screen, not charts all over his screen. And so you can see all those box boxes where the reds and the greens are and um those are different sectors and the the leading names in those sectors that can tell him what's happening uh
- 1:08:40
for that. And so David often will come on the mic and say hey guys the cues are about to turn. And that's because he can see the stocks he knows impact the cues are in a box on his screen and he knows these stocks are moving this way altogether. The cues are about to turn over. Um, you could like that red box at the very top. Everything is red in that name. In that box. What What sector is that one? >> Uh, that is homebuilders. >> All right. Everything is red in the home builders on a hot CPI today. That makes sense. Um, and so uh, somebody asked what software you used for your watch list and so what software are you using for that screen setup? And then just talk about the importance of >> basic lights.
- 1:09:22
um talk about the importance of having that kind of picture of the market and how it helps you and helps the inner circle. >> Sure. Um I have my go-to list, but overall, you know, especially for an active trader where, you know, for the day you're trading cash flow, it's not just swings. I I I'm use my eyes and if I see an example like my financials are here so you can't see them, but Goldman, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, etc., JPM. If I see that Goldman had been down 10 and now it's only down five and JPM's turned green and I see the Dow down 300 and the NASDAQ down 200 and I'm looking at the financials and there there's now two that have turned green I will often say hey we're going to turn on the Dow we actually will probably be up on the day or if I see the semis which you can see a little bit to the right but um the semis are the engine to the NASDAQ and if I see the socks was down 20 now it's down one and you'll hear me say the cues are going to turn and I'm long, etc.,
- 1:10:20
etc. Because of this, it really gives me some insight because so much of why the Q's or the spy work or don't work are the inputs, right? A lot of people are learning that the hard way with the Q's, you know, getting killed and other things, but like the Q's aren't down. Well, that's because there's so much about um five or six mag seven stocks. So, it really gives me insight to not only what space is strong, what's weak to stay away from or that I want to short, but moreover what index will move and why.
- 1:10:53
>> All right. Definitely. Um, this is a like a two-part thing I want to address. Um, Hector asking the trade alerts are in the app and also text message. There's a desktop I'll answer that part of it. So, there's a desktop room, uh, the VTF, uh, it's a virtual trading floor through t3ab.com, and that's where all of the alerts are being posted. MNTT3 also has an app, so people who are maybe on the go or working or not at their desk can still get alerts. They get it on their phone, on the phone app. I use the app so much. It is so helpful for me to keep track of what David is doing. Um, because I do help him with his newsletter and sending out alerts and so it helps me know what he's doing. And that's how I knew he was buying Koru at 2 am when I was awake with my two-year-old. And I was like, "Why is David awake in training while I'm awake putting a kid back to bed?" Um, okay.
- 1:11:45
And then he also said, "I'm from Peru. In my country, we can't do options." So, this leads me into um talk about how much is stock versus options. And I do know your best idea is you're buying stock. You're not buying options. >> Here's the cool thing. So, >> for Hector and for everyone. So, I'd say we're 70 to 80% stock, maybe 70%. Um Rick tends to do options a little bit more. But what I do, example, like I shorted the Q's today, right? And I shorted a fair amount. Um where did I short like seven? Yeah, about 740 is where I shorted the cues. Um I'm not smart. I covered by 7:35, right? Missed some. But anyway, the point is I as I entered a lot of people are not, you know, going to go out and short thousands of shares of Q's. It's $700 instrument now. But uh if I'm very positive uh on the trade and have high conviction, they will use the underlying puts or calls. So a lot of people bought the puts for today. Some that want to be
- 1:12:43
less risky to tomorrow's and they'll actually capture a much higher percentage, right? I made five points on Q's. A lot of them made like 200%. Or 100%. I don't know. Sometimes I feel dumb that I didn't do do the puts and I shorted shorted the stock. But my point is we try and make it so there's a little bit of everything. But let's go in Hector's case. You maybe can't do the options, but we we like the stock, right? Long very often. Maybe you can't buy that $700 stock. There's an ultra like MEU or you can't buy Dell. Are any chat members here? I forget. I own Dell.
- 1:13:17
I never own the Ultra, but there's some there's a Dell Ultra. I don't remember what the symbol is. So, usually >> D L >> D LL Okay. Usually between the ultra or options, we can figure out a way where if I like something and maybe it's price prohibitive, you can do it too. And then finally, what's really important, sometimes they'll say the IV is too big in the options, I don't like the ultra, skip this trade. You you move on. Just worry about the next one. So sometimes, you know, it doesn't fit, right? Or sometimes I'll buy something. I'll be like, "Guys, I I just bought a thousand shares of XYZ just so I don't forget about it. I hope it goes down 5% to buy more. And a smaller account will like be like, should I buy something? I'll be like, absolutely not. Wait till I'm down and if you miss it, you miss it. If it just goes up. But if I'm down and I'm starting to size up, then start. So, we are very communicative in that way.
- 1:14:13
Like, does it work for all accounts? Is it high risk? Is it um more high conviction with less risk? Can you use options, not use options? We're pretty detailed on that stuff. So >> yeah, you are you are very clear when when you come up when you come on you'll come on the mic and say, "Hey guys, I'm doing this. This is not for a small follower account. Do not follow me." But you post everything you're doing. Uh so you are very clear about what you're doing. We are down to 17 spots. I want to thank David and Brian and Allan all for joining us here today. Karen had a question about the Epic Trades newsletter. Um, which is included again as it's free included free as part of your $800 offer today. You get a year.
- 1:14:55
>> Yes. >> I've never said it. >> Okay. By the way, I don't want to do this. I'm not going to lie to you guys. I want to be off. Like I have my son's football game. So, this is not promo. Like, I thought we were about to end. So, what I'm about to say is >> I'll let you go soon. >> Very promo. But, no, I want to be direct. So, what Epic Trades gets is my AM call. Our entire business model is based on my AM call, right? That's what I'm good at. It's curating information, upgrades, downgrades, because contrary to a lot of Schmucks beliefs, some analysts matter, some don't. Someone's gooseing a stock and it's going to be a great short. So, I look at that information. I put it in a call with current event news events and we plan out our weekend date, right? And very few people find success at inner circle without listening to it. Not because I'm a genius because it's what I'm good at like organization because you can be the best trader in the world but if you don't know where to focus you don't make money. So it's all about focus. My point
- 1:15:53
is we for whatever reason I guess for sales or whatever we at the AM call how many times a week I don't want to make it up. Um >> twice they get it Monday and Wednesday mornings. >> That's worth more than the ideas. you. [snorts] Now, you always do one trade or two trades a week in epic trades, but you get the AM call. You can make way more money from like if you're half a decent trader, you make way more money from my AM call. I promise. >> Yeah, it is a huge value ad. So, again, yeah, Epic Trades is usually David's.
- 1:16:21
It's usually one, sometimes two ideas a week, but it is really his top options idea because much to my sometimes my frustration, he puts a little too much thought into the idea. So, he really brings his best best best idea to Epic Trades. Um, and he'll tell me no when I ask him, "Hey, can we send this? Hey, can we send this?" He's like, "No, it's not good enough for the I'll give you an example." Like, >> it is a top idea. >> We're talking about AMD yesterday, right? I bought it and I made like whatever. I bought it and I had some and it went down and then I made 10 points.
- 1:16:52
Whatever it was, I had to be down to be up. My point was we were going to do options, then I waited too long. We missed them. Um, I don't want to say I'm careful, but I I try not to force it. Then today when Nebius blew up, I said, we were talking about a level and I said, I'm not ready yet. Like, I'm waiting and I wanted to really see it blow up the stock itself. And it finally did. I was really looking for like at least the mid 180s to low 180s. And when it finally hit, I looked at a $200 call.
- 1:17:23
I said, you know what? I don't care if I make 100% or not. gonna buy myself a little extra time next week, the 200s. This will work whether it's intraday, whether it's tomorrow, it'll work somewhat, right? I'm not worried about it being a monster home run. So, where do we buy it? 440, 450, I don't remember. Do you remember? >> What? What? >> Where did we buy the Nebius option today? >> Oh, 444. >> Okay. So, we bought that option at 440. I think it went to 570, 580, something like that. And we sold like three quarters of it. So my point is we do ideas like that. Now they might go to like seven or eight. I don't even care, right? Or maybe they'll go lower. So we take out our risk and we just try and be consistent and make money. Usually there's at least one of those a week.
- 1:18:09
>> Um Seline asked, so this is this prompts me to I want to show everyone what the room looks like so they can understand. >> No, Selene H. Um so we everyone can understand what they're getting. She asked if they can have a transcript of the live comments for moderators so they don't have to sit in front of the computer every minute. No, there's not a transcript all day, but that's not really how Inner Circle works. Yes, David comes on the mic and he he talks and Kira will talk. Um, but the the room is really simple to use. It's very easy to use. You listen to the morning call and there is a transcript of the morning call because Kira posts it in Dropbox and that transcribes it for you automatically. I use that every single day. Um, so you can read the morning call if it helps you read it instead of listening to it. But if you have your game plan, then you get the alerts and you can really see what's happening in the room. So I want to show everyone what the room looks like so they can understand. This is um this is what the room looks like when you log in to the inner circle. Up here where I'm moving
- 1:19:08
is the alerts. So this is when David David does this every afternoon. He'll post a bunch of updated levels from his morning call. um on the names he's focused on. So that's what that is. But as you can see here, let's see. Kira started NBIS 1023 200 calls. That's as clear as it is. She bought the October 23rd NBIS $200 calls.
- 1:19:35
Quick, easy. You were flat, you know, an RKT trade here. You're out of it. She added some more calls here. You trimmed some calls here. cur some calls here. It's very clear what is happening in the room. There is clear cut. >> I want to say something. >> I'm buying. I'm selling. This is how it's done. And then down here is the chat where people chat. >> Can I just say one thing because it's super important. So all these chats I think are kind of generally suck including mine if they don't do one [clears throat] important thing which is not just transparency, it's timeliness, right? Because we all know the business we're in. So most of those posts I've gotten on a mic and said at this level I'm really looking to do this and size down. At this level I'm looking to add because the posts add much more um power to a trader if you actually have the plan ahead of time. And that's our edge.
- 1:20:30
I think more people should do it. So it's not just like some dumb, oh I see they bought XYZ. more often than not, you've been told why I like XYZ, what I see in it, what I'm looking for, and then you see the post. I just think that's important to explain. >> Yeah. Um, a followup here from Seline saying or no, Karen gives the call date, but not price paid for calls. In the inner circle, the they're timestamped these these alerts. So they are timely to the moment they So David is buying a stock and at the same time >> everyone sees exactly where it is, >> right? So it is literally you see the alert at the time it's being bought in the epic trades alerts, those are sent via email and also through a virtual trading floor and those say we are buying these calls at this price or better. So, like the alert sent this morning or earlier today is morning for me because I'm in in California, but the alert sent earlier today was we are buying MBIS October 23rd 200 calls at
- 1:21:29
$4.50 or better. So, Epic Trades does have the pricing, but Inner Circle, it's live as it's happening and so, uh, you can look at a chart and know what the current price is. Um, so again, uh, we are down to 15 spots now for our special offer here today. I want to thank Leica and Valerie for joining today. Um, >> yeah. >> Hey, I I'm just asking. >> Sorry. I'm just reading all there's a bunch of comments.
- 1:21:59
>> Oh, okay. No, you could whatever comments. >> No, no, I'm just I'm trying to see the next question I want to pull up. >> I want to hear where he calls me. You going to play that still or No. Oh, I didn't I didn't put that one in here, but um Paulo, who we've been hearing from uh throughout here, did make a comment to me when I was interviewing him saying, "Hey, David's not that nice, but he's super direct, and that's how you learn the most." I can I can put it in here if you want to hear it. >> I was just curious. I thought we were going to >> Yeah, but it is true. Like it's not true that David's me, but it is >> that David is very direct in the room because he wants people to be successful on the right ideas and not care about the stuff that doesn't matter. So if you're in the chat asking questions about >> Swarmer when the entire market is melting down besides like Meta and Dell, he's like, "Hey guys, focus on Meta and Dell. Why are you asking me questions about Sw." And that's where people can learn the most. Um, Paulo told me I've
- 1:22:57
learned so much from him yelling at other people because I was like, "Hey, I make those same mistakes, too." And so, um, David is very direct because this is your money. This is a serious thing. Uh, you don't want to be you don't want your handheld through this. You you want the tough love because that's how you're going to become the best trader. Easy E here saying, "Highly recommend T3 and the inner circle. David and Co. The co-mods and top traders in the room are elite. The trading room website is great, as is the mobile app. The room leaders are active verbally in the chat for eight plus hours a day on average.
- 1:23:33
I'd say you won't find that elsewhere. And oh my gosh, is that true. David is in the room all day long. We can't get him to take a break. He'll say, "I'm going to go on a walk." And he's on the chat like 10 minutes later. I'm like, "David, take a break." Um so he is definitely very takes this very seriously uh when it comes to helping people in their trading and their their money. Um [clears throat] so I'm just I have to read these questions as they come up. So Tracy saying true sometimes it's like oh my god I'm so glad I did not ask that question but it's always said with love in my opinion uh for sure. So, uh, Michael's saying, "Imagine wanting a nice guy that loses you money." True.
- 1:24:17
You You want to be making money, and that's what we're here to do. So, again, $800 for a month of Inner Circle. You get a year of the Epic Trades newsletter, which includes coaching sessions with Rick March, and the morning call uh twice a week. $1,500 value there. $2,300 total value, $800. We get a start today. We are down to 15 spots of our 25. >> Can I say something? Yeah. Anything you want to add about the room and the value? >> So money, it's just I feel like we could have talked about this. We didn't. So most people that are good at this and there are tons of people, it's not just us know that like stock picking is kind of the easy part. Um, holding winners, selling losers, admitting you're wrong, sizing up dictates your career. That's what this chat's about. It's like I I had this wonderful gentleman. was really nice. I know him from Twitter who basically messaged me last night. He might be on this for all I know. Very
- 1:25:16
smart guy, doctor um about the tough month he had. And I I know I had a tough month because he doesn't know how to adjust to environments. Um one thing we're really good at is keeping our gains. Do I lose money? Yeah, trust me, I can lose money. But overall, after many years at this, we do not like it's very rare on my chat, you will see people despondent, losing half their account unless they're on their own doing their own stuff. I really take pride in not only doing well when everyone does well, but the more important part, which is keeping it because I I have so many friends that have made hundreds of millions and lost it all. None to me, when you get my age, no one's impressed if you had a hundred million dollar year. if you're left with like five million five years late, right? Like who cares? You lost 95 of it. Like that's that's I who needs that?
- 1:26:09
So, we're really about money management, discipline, and adjusting to different climates and not worrying about being busy or being bored, but really about staying in this career and not like losing your mind and having mental and financial stability. that that's what this chat's about. >> Yep. Yep. All right. So, I know you have a lot going on, David, so I don't want to take too much more of your time, but Suzanne here saying, "The room is highly unique. I've been in a lot of different rooms and there is no place like the IC." And Blackbear from Twitter saying, "It's not a babysitting service. DP is serious about making money." And so, if you're serious about making money as well, again, you can go to t3live.com/circle.
- 1:26:54

Go to t3live.com/circle to take advantage of our offer here today. And I'm going to let David go. Any final thoughts that you would like to give for everyone here who might be considering the inner circle? >> Sure. Um trying to think the important stuff. The important stuff is money management, humility, discipline, literally above all else. Like that that's what I preach. I kind of hopefully practice it as well. Sometimes in an obnoxious way, but it's usually like that's been said prior because I care. But like finding the MBIS's of the world before they explode a million% send us that's really cool. But holding those winners when they happen which by the way trust me screwed up. And also having the discipline to know like when it's time to be in certain spaces. These are the things that I definitely know we do better than others. You know there have been a lot of questions recently in the

past few weeks about X stock or this stock and I've been loud. Some of them are companies that like I helped raise money for and I'm like, "No, no, no, not yet." Like, "No." Um, that's an edge in the market to really understand what makes a stock tick. I have friends who have been, you know, they they want to do their own thing. Maybe some of them are really wealthy, so they don't need my help and they can lose money on their own, who've been asking about certain stocks just as they keep going lower. And I'm like, dude, just ignore it. And I've been just saying, ignore it. These stocks keep going lower and lower. The point is my 30 years. Kira, like she'll never tell you, but Kira was a trader in the 90s.
- 1:29:17
Kira's made millions and millions of dollars the last few years. This girl went from being a day trader to when she met me becoming a swing trader. She kills it, right? Um, and it's like, and she has a very busy, not an easy life. She she has children and a lot going on. My point is like real life-changing stuff happens on the chat. And I think it's because we preach the important stuff, not the next hot stock, but the money management, the focus, the oh my god, I'm wrong and it's time to take a loss. It doesn't feel good, but I have to. The I'm walking away from my screen because I'm not thinking clearly. That's the stuff that creates longevity. That's the stuff we're good at.
- 1:30:00
And again, I just want to go over the catalysts that are coming up because there is a lot happening in the next month plus. So, a lot happening for people who who will join today. Tomorrow morning, we get another inflation print with the PPI. The CPI was hot today and the market melted down. I could be a lot of action tomorrow. Next week is huge. Meta earnings, Netflix earnings, Tesla earnings, IBM and more. The week after that, another big week. Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Intel, Santis.
- 1:30:29
Another Fed decision coming on October 28th. And then after that, the week after that, Palanteer, Apple, SpaceX, AMD earnings, and election day on November 3rd. So, a ton of catalysts coming up for new members of the inner circle. Again, just your final my final call here. Go to t3live.com/circle to take advantage of our offer today.
